Great tie boxes.
I ordered two boxes which are very suitable for posting ties as gifts. I ordered one white box and one black box and the package arrived very quickly and the workmanship was excellent. I recommend this product most highly.

Great quality just a little niggle!
The boxes are made well and look lovely, my only issue is the different sized boxes are not the same colour, which I know isn’t a big thing but it is annoying! I like to use packaging which is uniform in colour for my jewellery, but decided to try Tiny Box Company as I wanted to move to more sustainable packaging. I have contacted company with my concerns and they were very responsive saying it is because of using recycled materials, which is understandable. I will see how I get on with this order and how annoying it is as to whether I order again, but I will keep this order as I’m really happy with quality!

Thank you for your review and for choosing us to help make your jewellery packaging more sustainable! We are thrilled you love the high quality and design of the boxes.
As a sustainable business, using recycled materials can sometimes cause slight shade variations between batches and sizes, though we completely understand how important uniformity is for your brand. We are glad our team could assist you quickly and thank you for your feedback.

Tissue paper order not protected
Cardboard outer box crushed. Tissue paper in box had no protection, just put in box. Not even a plastic bag. Result: sone tissue paper unusable. Thankfully, it wasn't raining otherwise it would all have been damaged. This lack of care at Tiny Box, isn't acceptable especially now we are coming into winter with the weather patterns etc. I have always purchased from Tiny Box, but will now be looking elsewhere, as If they cannot be bothered to protect customers orders, why should I be bothered to order from them.
