We had a couple of small issues left for us by a previous tenant which she swiftly resolved as well as helping us out with some amendments that needed to be made. As mentioned, Becky is responsive, polite and has made our experience very positive. I would also like to Mention Ethan Haddon who helped us out throughout the viewing and agreement phases. He was very helpful, friendly and also very responsive (even to our countless questions!). Both members of staff are a joy to deal with and we're very grateful this has been our first experience of dealing with a letting agent.
