I visited our flat at Novellus court on 11th April. Since seeing it and settling in on 29th Lola has helped us achieve this. She is very enthusiastic and quickly responds to my calls or concerns. She is calm under pressure ! She came to visit John and was very understanding with some problems.
Although the move in day was quite stressful we have managed to make it a home. Thank you!
