I’ve used the Hayes branch of HSS Hire⁠ on numerous occasions and wanted to give special recognition to Richard.

Every time I visit, Richard is friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for him. He always greets customers with a positive attitude and goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What stands out most is that Richard doesn’t just stay behind the counter – I’ve regularly seen him helping customers load hire equipment and tools into their vans, offering advice where needed, and generally providing the sort of customer service that’s becoming increasingly rare these days.

Richard is a real credit to the Hayes branch and to HSS as a whole. His willingness to go the extra mile and his consistently helpful attitude are the reasons I keep coming back.
