If you want a delivery team to damage your property, deliver the wrong kit not once, but twice, and take 5 days after rental has finished to pick it up, then SAB Supply is the company for you.

Used them three times, last time was a the last! Never could get a reliable ETA so day 1 was always a write-off. Last time the wrong tower was delivered so had to send it back, no effort (other than words) was made to get the right one to me early next day, arrived at lunchtime, a lot of expensive wasted time. Only compensation offered was to extend the hire into the weekend, no use at all. Their reliance on local companies to deliver is flawed, next time I will go local knowing I have an interested and effective person to speak to should things go wrong.

Really easy and swift dispatch. The phone guidance when ordering was brilliant! The tower itself was easy to assemble.
It was picked up a week later than originally scheduled but I paid no extra for this! A great product

Excellent service, delivered next day.

Once you have an account it's easy to hire. You should have someone who understands how the height of the tower relates to the handrail height, getting it wrong costs the hirer. The staff are polite and friendly. A simple phone call, to return the Tower when finished with. Pick up the following day.
Be aware this is a Tower the customer has to build themselves
Delivery service, service and price are all things they do well. Especially the price.
Overall I was satisfied with the way this company dealt with me.

Cheapest I seen online, I arrange a date that was convenient to me and they delivered 9am that day. It was easy to assemble (after watching a youtube video), unfortunately the guy that dropped it off had every manual bar the one I needed.
I used it for the week and they turned up 9am on the dot on the day for collection.

Good prices, but terrible communication and unfair billing.

The pricing at SAB Supply was good, but the service was highly disappointing. I was given zero information about my delivery time. I had to call twice just to get an update, and it finally arrived around 17:00. Despite losing the entire day, they insisted on charging me the full day's rate and refused to compromise. Conversely, they scheduled the off-hire collection for 8:30 AM on the final morning. Paying full rates for minimal usage time due to their scheduling is unacceptable. They showed zero flexibility when challenged.
