TFTP undertook some PPI claims a few years ago, which were completed to conclusion with little input from myself.

Recently heard from them wuth regsrd to potential HMRC tax refund in the claims and today informed the refund would be placed in my account today. Again, very efficient process with their staff of doing something I had no time to do.

Fair Trade Practice handled both my PPI claim, and now a tax refund. Very happy, handled with minimum of fuss, and minimal paperwork or emails.

I got a payout through The Fair Trade Practice a few years ago due to mis-sold PPI payments. They contacted me again a month or so ago asking for my permission to contact HMRC to claim back tax that had been wrongly deducted after my PPI payout. I didn't think I would get anything but I did, so thank you Fair Trade Practice. I'm grateful for the staff that I dealt with. They were polite and friendly and they explained everything clearly so I understood the process.

Well, to be honest I then completely forgot about it until last week when a nice cheque from HMRC came through my letterbox.
