I had an excellent experience at the Braehead showroom thanks to Saira. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful advice, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Received excellent customer service from James at Braehead outlet. He was very approachable and knowledgeable about the product type we were looking for. He checked for options and availability and explained the ordering process and timescales delivery etc very clearly. We are happy with our experience in store. Minor negativeoverall and not James' fault is delivery cost £69 which is excessive for a product being made for us and coming from your warehiuse after factory.

We could not have received better service anywhere! Saira at the Braehead branch was excellent. She was so courteous and helpful and it was obvious that she had a great knowledge of the products. When explaining what we were looking for she took her time to escort us around all the items she thought would match our plans and we got all that we needed and more! A big thanks to Saira.

Got new ideas and something completely different than I went in for. James helped me with measuring the items nothing was a bother very kind and patient as i had changed my mind a few times (Good job!) done can't wait to see how it all looks in my home.

Lovely new shop,lesley is so lovely and helpful,was up when it opened but found there was alot morra accessories which was needed and lesley has displayed them all beautifully,will defo be back,am referring to the new store in kilmarnock not braehead .

James who assisted & advised on what I was looking for was exceptional!! Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable- he is a fabulous asset to the store. Love this store the furniture is to die for !

Great staff a good choice and fair price

James was a great help with sizes and information customer service was brilliant.

Although sideboard had to be exchanged due to small damage, the service from this organisation from ordering in store to delivery, then uplift and exchange was second to none. Highly professional staff, amazing customer service and high quality furniture- would highly recommend
