Sally in the shop was very kind and helpful. The delivery which was going to take two weeks arrived a week early. The delivery men arrived on time and soon unpacked the mattress. We will b sleeping on it tonight.

Malcolm the sales person was very helpful ,attentive ,patient and demonstrated with good product knowledge. The order process went very smoothly and we now await our order being delivered.

What a great experience we had at Carter's, we had Sally advising and helping us and what a star ! (I brought a friend in for just a mattress, who has learning difficulties)
Sally had a lot of time for us, was very patient and knew her stuff.
The quality in this shop was much better and they had a great choice to choose from.

Was greeted by Paul who was very knowledgeable about mattresses. Came away having ordered two at a reasonable price. Delivered two days later by pleasant punctual delivery drivers who (with overshoes on) placed mattresses on the beds and took the wrapping away. Pleasant company to deal with.

The sales staff at Carter's Bed City were very friendly and showed my wife and I a range of beds. They explained all the descriptions of the beds and we tried out a few before we made our final choice. The salesman was not pushy at all.
After we purchased the bed we went back to have a look at the colour of the headboard and divan, so it gave us an idea of matching wallpaper. The sales lady went off and found a price of fabric that matched the headboard.
This was excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend Carter's Bed City.

When we first walked into the store, we were greeted by Matt, who asked what we were looking for, put us at ease, left us to look, and showed us some furniture that we wanted really quickly. He also said that they loan furniture while we wait for the order to be delivered.He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products the shop sold, would definitely recommend Matt.
