AA app was easy to report the breakdown it gave location of my car and arrival time for AA van.
Fault diagnosis was quick and several repair options discussed a local garage was sorted 3rd one tried
We were escorted to garage and taken back home

The AA call handler was very polite and professional, I had purchased European breakdown insurance online but the payment hadn’t been processed, David the call handler resolved the issue and was extremely polite and helpful. I wish that all helplines we staffed with people like David.
