The worst service ever, careful with their hidden fees

Great speedy service , just 45min from reporting the breakdown .

Darren was the patrol engineer then attended to my tyre blow out on the M5. He was awesome, he changed my tyre over to the spare one on my fleet tyre van whilst having lots of motorway traffic passing him at high speed. He was super professional and got me back on the road in now town. Thanks Darren!

Quick response, reassuring service, would certainly recommend the membership to be confident you would have a reliable service when ever out on the road, as well as at home.

Andrew arrived within the specified period and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new injector was needed and as he was carrying a spare, repaired my vehicle at the roadside. When following me home, about a mile, the engine started playing up again and this turned out to be another injector. A colleague of Andrew was in the area and was carrying two new injectors so it was decided to install these. That would then be a full set as the AA changed the other one 2 months previously.
Brilliant service all round.

I have found the AA to very prompt at attending my breakdown (s) and the mechanics very professional and helpful. The last time I used them, I called from home and had my ETA put back by a couple of hours so I phoned up angry. The lady on the phone remained calm and explained to me why I had to wait longer and gave me reassurance and alternatives that I could choose to help me move forward. I came off the phone happy and my AA mechanic was very helpful as usual when he arrived.

Dealt with my problem within time promised after my initial call efficiently and quickly. About 45 minutes.

I run an old, overworked car. I have AA cover as it is my peace of mind. I do call them out. They have e never let me down. And that moment when you see the yellow van heading your way is fantastic.

It is almost worth breaking down for. Almost.

Matthew came out and sorted our car getting us back on the road in less than an hour. Top guy providing top service.
