Richard went beyond the extra mile
Richard went beyond the extra mile, I cannot praise him enough for the care & help he gave. He immediately knew what the problem was with my Hybrid car, which had broken down on our drive, tested the 12V battery & said it needed to be replaced. I am disabled & rely on my car. He got the car started & drove the car to the dealership to be repaired, returned to our house & arranged for a suitable hire car to be delivered to the house. He lifted a huge amount of stress from my shoulders. Thank you Richard
