Return Refund Scam

Delivery and Return time takes AGES. Sometimes it may be within time but return processing is very POOR. Ordered a blazer, and the item was faulty. Requested a return and uplaoded proof. The return pickup had happened, saying refund would take 3 days. It had been more than 8 days and no refund was processed. Raised a written complaint, for them to take it seriously. The next day they write back saying, refund will not be processed as it doesn't pass quality checks. Highly invalid because i have proof of receiving a faulty product to begin with. So they took the blazer and took my money with it, with no proper explanation. Deceiving and cheating customers like this is unacceptable. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

I purchased a bag which was delivered to me and I paid the money to bharatpe.80017 called pinki but neither Shadowfox delivery not tatackiq records show any delivery. I suspect I have been cheated with product.

Third class services....they have…

Third class services....they have disabled my account for no specific reason. I had to no clue why my app is not working .. it just i tried keep logging and there no specific reason mentioned it seems a technical fault initially untill i called customer care n they told my account is inactive because there arw order cancellation or returns? Pretty bad experience with whole order service with tata ..no doubt the the brand tata is suffering now...

SCAM

SCAM! Pathetic sevice. I received a broken old foundation and another wring item. Customer Service unwilling to return, replace or EVEN CONDUCT an equiry. I just revceived an email "Query Resolved!" DO NOT BURN MONEY on TATCLIQ

I have ordered jeans

I have ordered jeans, approximately they took 10 - 12 days and then cancelled my order. This is really unacceptable since I have waited for my products very eagerly. I would highly never recommend this app to order your stuff.

File a complaint with the Consumer Court

If you experience non-refund or unresolved complaints with Tata Cliq, please don’t ignore it.
File a complaint with the Consumer Court I’ve done the same.
When consumers use the legal system, even large organisations with unresolved and unfair practices are held accountable.

NEVER buy perfumes from them

One of the worst places to buy perfumes from. I purchased a couple of high-end fragrances from TataCliq, and they don’t even last 30 minutes. Clearly, something is wrong with their storage and logistics. I tried explaining the issue to them and asked if they could check how the products were being stored, but their team had no understanding of perfumes and offered absolutely no solution

It is fraud website

It is fraud website . Placed order for Reebok shoe ( Nano X3 ) as i found that delivery date were earlier than what was mentioned on Reebok's website . It is amazing to see that such business are allowed to operate here in India . Shoe was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Dec ( ordered on 29th ) but obviously it did not happen . I raised a complaint then you realized that it is unprofessionally managed business ( shall i call it so ? ) . Cycle of tickets and complaints started . They will tell you lie that product will be delivered today . You need to wait in queue for 10 mins to connect to their customer service . They would not respond to your mail as if you have committed a crime by placing a order to these thugs . How in name of TATA such things can happen ! Finally you will gave up . You will request or pray them to cancel the order and return the money .... I did not read their review and fell into trap but you should better not do that ...

Pathetic system of return, customer service is a joke

Great choice of clothes. Prices are okay. Delivery is not as quick as Amazon or Myntra but not too bad. All is ok, until you need to return a product. Absolutely pathetic system. They'll come up with a ridiculous explanation to deny pick up tho the item is being returned the same way it arrived. Customer service looks like a bunch of clueless people who answer with pre taught statements. Even if they sell at the lowest price will never order again. Finally got a pick up n refund after escalating it. Repeated mails. What a sheer waste of time. Stick to amazon where delivery is by their own delivery people and not 3rd party
When it comes to returns or customer service Amazon is miles ahead

I made my 1st purchase from Tata Cliq

I made my 1st purchase from Tata Cliq. An Aldo bag (you can imagine the cost) but I received a damaged bag. Upon requesting a return, their logistics partner updated that pick up failed because the product failed quality check although no one came to pick up the product! Since then I am struggling for a solution with their customer service but they are heedless.

They don’t refund

I had purchased multiple products from Tata CliQ from well-known genuine brands. However, due to a significant delay in delivery and my need to travel out of station, I was forced to cancel the order.
It has now been over a month, yet I have still not received my refund. This is a substantial amount, and the delay is genuinely pinching my pocket. What makes the situation more frustrating is the lack of a proper customer service channel to reach out for immediate support.
This experience is extremely disappointing, and it has made me question the authenticity and reliability of the platform.

Terrible experience -poor customer service

Terrible experience with their customer care. I raised a complaint for product that was not delivered to me, and it took them 2 weeks to call back, that too with a resolution that the 'logistic partner already delivered the item, and hence they cannot do anything'. I requested them either a refund or get me the product while their poor customer service skill trusted logistic partner and not the customer. Escalation reference ID 21463489 . I will pursue this in consumer court, if they do not get me a resolution by 11/30/25

I've made multiple purchases through…

I've made multiple purchases through Tata cliq in past few days... And apparently to limit of my disappointment I have almost every time received the product that were quality compromised or a result of faulty manufacturing.... As if this app was designed to sell the compromised product... To add to the misery, everytime I have tried to return the product or reorder them, I've been charged a convenience fee.. I've been made to pay for the mistakes and misappropriation of the incompetence of Tata cliq..
What's even worse is that they tag a name to themselves which in itself has a reputation of its own.
I'm severely disappointed...

This brand is a nightmare

This brand is a nightmare. It’s not the Tata that once commanded respect. Third class customer service and worse harassment! I placed an order for baby products on Oct 22. It’s Nov 8, baby has already arrived but not the products. Over and above that these guys have the temerity to claim missed delivery on a daily basis despite me begging for them to deliver everyday and providing multiple alternative numbers. When I asked to speak to a manager they said no one is ready to speak right now. Yes! This is what they said verbatim. Not to mention the arrogance of anyone that comes on the phone. Truly regret placing my order. You are better off going to a physical store, these frauds are riding on the coattails of their former glory. And they claim mine is rarest of the rare cases. A simple search online proves what an idiot I’ve been placing orders on Tata CliQ. Please stay away!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service of TATA Click Luxury. I just made my purchase seeing Tata’s name. But their online delivery service is below average. Their call center executives are just repeating same stuff as parots. No resolution of problem. I would never ever recommend this website to anyone and deleting the app.

Recieved Old Fake Dirty Shoes With Feeces instead of Nikes

I ordered Nike Men’s Downshifter 13 Blue Running Shoes (size 8) from Tata CLiQ, sold by Sri Sai Enterprises (Jharkhand). After repeated delivery issues and false “attempted delivery” updates, I finally received the parcel — only to find used, dirty, and foul-smelling shoes inside.

The box even said “100% Protected – This has no impact on authenticity,” yet the product was clearly fake or mishandled. I spent weeks waiting and ₹3,485 on what was supposed to be a genuine Nike product.

I am demanding a full refund, replacement with the correct Nike Downshifter 13 (size 8), and compensation for the distress and time wasted. Extremely disappointed with Tata CLiQ’s seller vetting and delivery quality control.
