I went to shoppers stop city centre 1…

I went to shoppers stop city centre 1 Kolkata. Bought a trouser that required alteration. Before buying I asked them how long it would take to alter the staff told me one hour. After I made the payment the staff told me that it would take 1 day. They were misbehaved and arrogant. I will never enter the store again and will share my experience to n share coal med A rampantly. Shoppers stop is the worst store to enter.

Completely pathetic!

Completely pathetic!
I ordered online and it seemed fine but there was so update or expected date of delivery.
Anytime I reach out, there would be an automated email sent to me. I waited for over two weeks after which I decided to cancel but even the option is not provided for the same on the website!
I sent a mail to which I yet again get an automated reply.
I call the customer care who claims to understand my problem but clearly can’t and it’s been over a week and they haven’t refunded my order but I get an email everytime I try to reach out!
Please save your time and every and get whatever you want from another brand

I had a horrible online order experience, once they deliver your order after that, no matter how many times you try reaching out to them, they will keep saying allow us 48 hours with no resolution- worst customer support team- think multiple time before using their app, I generally don't give feedback but their service is pathetic

Fraud company
This company is deceitful; it is a fraud. Do not purchase anything through its app. Do not link any of your banking details to this app. It is a scam. Every single person working in their customer care department is a fraud. They defrauded me. They caused me a financial loss of ₹7,200.
The Aldo brand bag I received from them was missing a keychain. When I initiated an exchange request via the app, they had the courier company send me a message stating that a delivery agent would be coming to pick up the item on April 9, 2026. On the morning of April 9, 2026, I received a message from the courier company confirming that their delivery agent was on his way to collect the parcel from me. At 11:55 AM, I received a phone call from the agent stating that he needed to collect the parcel. I handed him the bag and asked him to verify the pickup using a PIN code; however, the delivery agent refused, stating that they did not require a PIN code, and simply took the bag and left. Later, a second delivery agent arrived, claiming there was a scheduled pickup at my location—even though I had already handed the bag over to the previous agent. Under the guise of an exchange, Shoppers Stop sent a fraudulent delivery agent to my home who deceitfully retrieved the parcel from me without providing any proof of collection; subsequently, the company flatly denied ever having received any parcel from me. I have filed a police complaint regarding this matter, which I am sharing here along with supporting evidence. I earnestly request that all of you refrain from purchasing anything through this app. It is a fraudulent application.
This incident occurred on April 9, 2026, and today is April 15, 2026. These people have committed fraud against me. I had a terrible experience; this is a fraudulent app. Do not fall into their trap—they have caused me a massive financial loss.
Do not make any online purchases from Shoppers Stop. By using their app, you are entering all your banking details and personal home information; this is a fraudulent app, and they could potentially misuse these details for illicit purposes. These people have completely denied any responsibility, claiming that their delivery boy never even collected the bag from me. If their delivery boy truly did not collect the bag, then how did the third party who came to pick it up know that a bag needed to be returned from this location?

Shoppers Stop

Shoppers Stop — time to walk your talk. Big names don’t mean big ethics. It’s been 120+ days and vendors are still waiting.policy is of 45 days. Inspite of being polite and keep paitence these people miss out on paying.

Do not purchase any products from Shopper shop worst experience poor fabrics . No response from customer care . They are closing the complaints themselves without enquiries. I have purchased a kurta set on 12 mar 2026. Fully colour faded. No response from them .

An absolute shit company which should…

An absolute shit company which should definitely go out of business.
They sent me my orders very very late , not the colours ordered and all items broken. To make the return I had to mail and call them atleast 100 times yet no response from their end . The management team probably just faffs around and makes the customer care team take the brunt of the customers. An absolute shit company.

PLEASE DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPPERSSTOP ONLINE PORTAL. ITS A SCAM . IHAD ORDERED ON JAN -2 AND MADE PAYMENT ONLINE .SINCE THEN THEY HAVENT DELIVERED THE GOODS NOR MADE THE REFUND. SO PLEASE I REQUEST NOT TO FALL FOR THIS TRAP

Very poor customer support experience.

Very poor customer support experience.
I placed an order on this platform, but it is not appearing in my order history, which means I’m unable to initiate a return or exchange.

I contacted customer support multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but there has been no response at all. The return/exchange window is time-bound, and this delay is extremely inconvenient.

I even tried the filter option suggested by the support team, but it does not work and instead asks me to contact support again — which leads nowhere.

It has been over a 45days with no resolution. This is unacceptable for a platform of this scale.
I am still waiting for:

My order to be located and reflected in the app

Return/exchange to be enabled

I would also like this issue escalated, but no escalation contact details have been shared. Very disappointing experience.

COMPLETE SCAM — SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE — DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH SHOPPERS STOP!


I placed a return request on 5th December, and as of 2nd January the item has STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP. That’s almost one month of ignoring my return request — absolutely unacceptable for any brand, let alone one that calls itself “premium.”
The customer service is a TOTAL JOKE. Every single time I connect I get the same fake apology, scripted response, and empty promise: “Your issue will be resolved in 24–48 hours.” LIES — nothing ever happens. No pickup. No updates. No accountability.
Shoppers Stop clearly cannot handle even the simplest online return, and their customer care is hopeless. I will never shop online with them again, and I strongly warn everyone against trusting their service.

am extremely disappointed with Shoppers…

am extremely disappointed with Shoppers Stop and their pathetic delivery and customer service. It has been 8 days since I placed my order, and my product is still not delivered. This is completely unacceptable for a so-called “premium” brand.
What makes the situation worse is the horrible customer service. I have been calling customer care every single day, and all I get are fake apologies, scripted responses, and false promises. Every time they say, “Your issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours”, but nothing actually happens. No follow-up, no proper update, no accountability.
The customer service executives sound confused, untrained, and careless. None of them give clear information about where my order actually is. Sometimes they blame the courier, sometimes they say the system is updating, and sometimes they simply disconnect the call. This shows how unprofessional and irresponsible the service is.
If a company cannot deliver a product even after 8 days, then they should at least have the decency to provide honest updates or cancel the order with a refund. Instead, Shoppers Stop is wasting customers’ time and testing their patience. This experience has caused me mental stress and frustration.
I trusted Shoppers Stop because of its brand image, but now I realize that the online service is extremely poor. There is absolutely no coordination between the delivery team and customer support. For a brand of this size, this level of service is shameful.
I strongly do NOT recommend ordering online from Shoppers Stop. If you value your time and peace of mind, stay away. There are many better platforms that respect customers and deliver on time. This was my first and last order from Shoppers Stop.
Very bad experience. Zero professionalism. Worst customer service.

Not even 1 star for Shoppers stop( fraud and scammers)

Not even 1 star, such a shame for scamming the customer. Pathetic customer service, no refund, scripted answer, online app does not work at all, no help full staffs, I ask each and every one to boycott shoppers stop permanently and show them a lesson for lifetime. They are fraudulent company by not returning my refund from many weeks, despite having an evidence they are not even scared of anything. filing a complaint in the consumer court portal soon.
