Ordered on Monday 14th Feb 2022. Order finally arrive some time between the 24th and 28th of Feb 2022.

I was very happy with the products but because i live out of GB, i have to pay an extra fee. I was told 2 times that this fee will be included ok my total price at the end of the purchase nut it never happened. Therefore I decided to not shop at SIBJ anymore.

Products are always great and the customer service is excellent! I always feel comfortable getting in touch if I need to :)

Easy to use website, fast delivery even on Christmas busy dates, free post on December, second purchase discount and great quality on the items. Couldn't be happier!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the rubber ring (the backing of the single flare plugs) are too big and fall off very easily so I use rubber rings from old tapers that I have

I have ordered three times now from this company. Have loved all the earrings and when I needed to exchange the response was very kind, professional and so fast!

I ordered two sets and the butter and it took them a long time to show up, I want to say nearly two weeks I waited for them. Once I received them I was disappointed with them since the rubber bands did not stay on and losing one, so I waited I basically waited all that time for nothing.

Most amazing shop for plugs, tunnels and tapers! Aftercare is also amazing and smells great. Most days my order comes the very next day even when I order it late. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else for my plugs this shop is great they go above and beyond for their customers also always checking up once ordered have been delivered without failure.
