Genuinely the best place to buy plugs! I've bought 10+ pairs over the last couple years and they've exceeded expectations every time. I recently ordered four new pairs of plugs (amethyst, rose quartz, black labradorite, and black ebony), and I’m seriously impressed. The quality is phenomenal—each pair feels solid, smooth, and beautifully finished. The materials feel premium and are super comfortable to wear.

Excellent Customer service. Ive bought a few pairs of glass and stone plugs ive absolutely loved, so when they've brought out new stuff, ive purchased some silicone for everyday wear. Had a reaction to them for reasons unknown which left me with a ballooned ear and on antibiotics. Me and them suspect ive had a unusual reaction to something in the silicone as this is the first ive bought from this company. Unsure whether to say anything but I did email and let them know what had happened. The responded really quickly apologising and wishing a quick recovery and offered to send me 2 pairs of plugs as replacement and even sent a link to glass plugs in my size, as glass plugs are good for sensitive ears and hypoallergenic.
Extremely happy with the quick reply, resolution and advice for future plug use. Thank you very much, will definitely continue purchasing :))

Was ordering some plugs and signed up for the 10% off first order where i had to give them my number and forced sign up for text marketing then when i went to my emails to claim the 10% off there was nothing. Waited 20mins for it still nothing i have also checked my spam. Data grabbing scumbags.

It’s a scam, don’t order from this website.

Love the tunnels I ordered, a 20mm and a 10mm, I had ordered one of them a size too small by accident, I was unsure on the return process, they were speedy and lovely with emails and got me a replacement super fast. Always good experiences with them!
