The service from SIBJ is always excellent, but when I was delivered a set of natural material plugs which didnt quite match up perfectly, and weren't in the colour tone I had hoped for, I reached out for an exchange. The team were fantastic about it, kept me informed about my options and once they had restocked, sent me a new pair which were absolutely perfect without asking for the old pair back. The products are always stunning, the packaging always leaves me sure they are sterile and handled carefully. I have shopped with SIBJ for years and will stay a loyal customer forever.

Great quality products, sizing perfectly. Also the classic silver tunnels are stunning, they look like "actual" jewelry :))

I've been stretching my ears for a few years now and have ordered a number of the half mm kits to do so. The products are very high quality and I've never had an issue with shipping. I will continue to shop with SIBJ for the foreseeable future.

A few months ago i ordered a set of septum pincers from stretch it body jewelry and unfortunately due to the courier's mistake i hadn't received the package. I never brought it up to stretch it body jewelry as it wasnt their fault whatsoever and i moved on with my day- however i just woke up weeks later to find that they've refunded me the whole amount bless them!!! honestly such a sweet gesture from the team at SIBD. i would never use any other seller for body jewelry they are as good as it gets.

Brilliant customer service. Recieved some plugs that whilst being the correct item, the colour wasn't quite right. They responded quickly, found some that matched exactly what I was after, and arrived a day later. Highly recommend the company and will definitely order from again

My best friend and I bought from here yesterday AFTERNOON while having a sleepover and by some shipping miracle it arrived this MORNING while I was still here at 11AM! this is the fastest shipping I've ever had, it quite literally was here in 24 hours. The packaging is lovely the products are very nice and it comes with full instructions on how to use and an information video link 100% suggest!!

I’ve been looking at buying some tunnels for a while however I struggled to find a small size. They stock so many sizes at a very affordable price for great quality products! Very happy with what I ordered.

Second order I absolutely love these plugs! The quality is excellent — smooth, well-polished, and comfortable to wear for long periods without irritation. The colors and patterns are even better in person, especially the glass pieces, which have a really nice shine and depth to them. Sizing is accurate and they fit perfectly with no sharp edges. Everything arrived neatly packaged, and I really appreciated the variety included. You can tell care was put into both the product and presentation. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality ear jewelry.

If i could leave 0 stars I would, I ordered dead stretching kit tunnels and on multiple occasions its been 0.2mm out, emailed before ordering and was given measurements, then received them and 3 out of 4 are incorrect again, was told its acceptable parameters, but that means I could be stretching by 0.7mm was told to return at my own cost so they can measure, as if they didn't believe my measuring even though its measured with a caliper. AVOID.

They sent my order to the completely wrong address and then refused to refund me when I was unable to receive my package. Horrible customer service as well, took them forever to get back to me.

Lightning fast delivery, well packaged and organized properly so there's no mix up at all when planning your stretch. Got the full set of dead kits for both ears along with balm as it's cheaper here than most places and have started stretching my ears again today with zero pain or issues. I'll be sure to come back if/when I ever need more jewelry, thanks guys!

Good prices and great selection, though I would like some more ear weights that aren't metal. Arrived promptly and in a nice, neat package.

been looking at Stretch It Body Jewelry for a few years now. finally last year (2025) I decided to follow my impulsive thoughts and go on with stretching my ears. out of all the reviews and sites I've looked at, SIBJ was winning. ordered the glass kit with the trio after care. it shipped immediately revieved it and the instructions and how tos were clear and easy. the site also updates you on little tips and things. so far, I'm on my second sizing kit and about to order some tunnels and another aftercare kit 🙂 I recommend

I ordered a glass stretching kit plus a few things for ear care. It didn't take long to arrive and was nicely packed. I am very impressed by the stretching kit. It goes up in small increments so it's gentle on the ears and they feel nice and easy to clean.

I needed some o rings for my tumnels, found stretch it body jewellery on google. I was local so stoped by, not realising there a online only store. The guy who came to the door explained they was online only but was more than happy to help me while i was there. Amazing customer service, woukd highly recomend based on my experience.
