Awesome company for making us products up of 12mm to strech 0.5mm at a time! Been waiting for a company to do this for a long time 😅 They provide excellent clientcare. Something went wrong with PostNL and customs so i waited and waited on the Dutch postNL to sort out the return but they just sent me my order again against no extra costs! Really lovely!

I made an order for a number of pairs of plugs, all pairs were of high quality as expected, except one which was had been damaged in transit. I got in contact with customer support to see if I could get a refund for the product. The customer support person was quick to contact me back, and was both very polite and very helpful. I was sent a replacement at no extra cost to myself.

The high quality on the plugs, and the high quality of the customer support is why I rate my experience a 5/5. I will happily buy more jewellery from this site in the future.

I wasn't going to order again, because I was really unhappy with the plugs that turned up (my fault for not reading)
Australian Jasper (Mookite) has the most gorgeous reds and oranges, and what turned up was plain white. But there were listed variations in the photos if you scrolled along, which I didn't see.
Anyway, they said they would send out a pair of replacement ones and that was 2 months ago, so they never came.

I would give this company all the stars from all my future Trustpilot reviews if I could! 😅

Long story short, I've just restarted my stretching journey after almost 4 years; after a very bad reaction to the black o-rings used on most (especially lower quality) stretchers, I thought I'd order some clear o-rings from Stretch It, for my old tunnels...

Well...

I found the website so incredibly easy to navigate, the advice so useful, that I ended up ordering a dead stretching kit a few weeks ago, and another kit just now, as they are all actual surgical steel. I have had very bad experience with some companies selling jewellery as being made out of surgical steel, whereas they were just simple stainless steel, which could've possibly added to my problem a few years ago.

Very (and I mean veeery) reasonably priced compared to other companies, and even compared to cheaper kits bought off Amazon or eBay.

1st Class Royal Mail shipping is free over a minimum amount as well, which is just unbelievable in today's retail world. The company shipped my order on the Monday, and I got my package on the Tuesday after placing an order on Sunday.

They also have a Stretch It community page specifically for customers on Facebook, where you can share your journey, and ask for advice if need be from other customers.

The delivery was quick and easy dispite being international!! Everything I received was VERY high quality and beautiful! I ordered pink glass convex plugs and clear silicone ear skins. While the earskins are JUST A BIT thicker than what I've purchased in the past from others, I absolutely LOVE them and prefer them this way. They're comfortable and very secure. Perfect for a raver who loves to rage around in mosh pits and doesn't want to a) have heavy jewelry in and b) potentially lose their wonderful jewelry. I can't wait to purchase again very soon!
