Will never order from this store nor…

instore(particularly Lakeside)
The customer service is Diabolical.
My online order.. received New Year’s Eve so the day I wanted to wear it with an alarm tag on.
Called the store to be told That often happens you will have to bring it in store to be taken off.
No apology Nothing.
So I had to go all the way to Lakeside on New Year’s Eve because of their total Incompetence only to be met by a sour faced Manager who first of all tried to accuse me of stealing the item . Then when was sharply told It was an online order and came still tagged .. still no Apology at all and taken off reluctantly.
Disgustingly overpriced poor quality clothes and service

I would give this company a zero if I…

I would give this company a zero if I could the Customer Service is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I spoke to someone on an online chat and they’re so called WhatsApp chat. A package was delivered to me by Royal Mail destroyed an inside plastic packaging that was not original to The company despite photographic evidence they are now insistent I send the item back and find my own packaging and send it back via Royal mail again. This item is a large long black fur coat I don’t have that type of secure packaging lying around to make sure that it is not damaged by Royal Mail again when I then confronted them on the lack of solutions and the lack of rectifying this issue that they are assisting me with they decided to end the chat with is there anything else I can help you with? Absolutely disgusting company I would give you a zero if I could you will never be getting my money again. I also did confront them on the fact that they didn’t offer any other solutions such as sending a replacement and their answer was we would only ask this question , if we had it in stock pathetic Customer Service I’m not going out of my way to send something back to you via the same company that destroyed it during transit in the first place my refund depends on the item getting back to you in one piece they could’ve at least offered to pay for a label with a different courier but the automatic label they sent me said Royal Mail despite me saying the problem is with Royal Mail and they are doing an internal investigation with Royal Mail please use some common sense next time if you’re having issues with a courier don’t expect someone to send the item back to you in one piece with that same courier pathetic company .

Incorrect order received and no refund given!

Ordered jeans, top and sandals. What arrived was three strappy dresses. Spoke to customer services who have instructed me to go into a shop to resolve - I can’t get to a shop so I’ve now paid £70 for three dresses that look to be worth about £3 each.

The alternative is to wait to see if the correct order shows up? That’s never going to happen.
What a mess of a company - very poor service from delivery to customer service.

Worst customer service and worst…

Worst customer service and worst service overall and i see i am not the first one dealing w this but i never recommend anyone to order from their website as the shipping company wont try to deliver your order then u’ll never get the refund!!!

The Oxford store treated me horribly

The Oxford store treated me horribly. They sent me an email saying I had collected the parcel but this was completely false…. I went in the store the same day and they told me I’d get a refund but I still haven’t gotten a refund until this day

Bought lovely dress last month but washed and faded

Bought lovely dress last month , washed once and it is awful all patchy and gone bald ! It is velvet ! Tried contacting online chat first to be told to take it back but have to have reciept even tho I said bought card etc then told you can request a hole return as local shop 2 hours away ! Then no have to go store ! Item is faulty I would like another but having read all reviews I’m not the only one ‘awful customer service item faulty refund or replace no wonder got such bad reviews
Also had reply to contact them I clearly have and spoke to customer services no help look at rest reviews all red !

Very poor on line shopping experience …

I like their products which are good value for money but their on line shopping is a challenge. I haven’t received a refund from an item returned in October and my Christmas order placed a month ago will not be here for Christmas gifts. Can’t get through to anyone only AI bot. You need to rethink your entire distribution channels.

Products arrived with alarm tag on

Placed an order online and when it arrived it had an alarm tag still on it! Customer services no help whatsoever and told me to go to my nearest store which is a 4 hour drive away to get it removed. Absolute joke.

I bought pair of BLACK jeans…

I bought pair of BLACK jeans (46.99e)Stradivarius in Tallinn. I washed them up(with care, inside out,30'c) and some of the black colour just disappeared, gray/white spots all around. Customer service did nothing. They say its natural. I bought black jeans, now they look afwul,cant use them....

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING BEHAVIOUR

This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I have been waiting almost an entire month for my order, and Stradivarius has provided ZERO updates, ZERO communication, and absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue. My order is still showing as “being prepared” weeks later, with no dispatch message, no movement, and no explanation. How is that even acceptable for a company of this size?

Your customer service is truly appalling. Every time I reach out, I’m met with the same useless response: “please wait.” Wait for what, exactly? Another week? Another month? You can’t tell me where my order is, why it’s delayed, or when (or if) it will ever arrive. And the fact that your live chat reps stop replying mid-conversation is beyond disrespectful.

These items were Christmas gifts, and Stradivarius has shown zero accountability and zero interest in fixing the situation. You’ve ignored emails, ignored follow-ups, and offered no solutions whatsoever.

Stradivarius seriously needs to re-evaluate how it treats its customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE , THIEVES!!!

Absolutely appalled! I have read other people's experiences and omg, I have experienced the exact same. I order a jumper which arrived with a hole in it. I sent photos and asked for a replacement, the chat advisor was so moronic, he just kept repeating the same scripted garbage about their rigorous checks. He offered to return to which I agree but I wanted to use the lockers as opposed to royal mail as the nearest one is 30mins drive away, which I don't want to do as diesel is not cheap. He refused this and before I could ask for advice or anything ended the chat.

I sent a complaint via email, generic response, apologies and 'we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our service' bs.

I returned the damaged jumper and re-ordered, came today with threads bobbling out and patchy darker threads in the front of the jumper, so obviously poorly made.

Once again I sent photos but this time realized something strange, the tag said £29.99 but they charged me £35, wth? So they are ripping people off? I complained about this also, guess what? Generic robotic response this time offering free delivery on my next purchase as compensation. Everything is over £30 so only includes free delivery anyway! The nerve to try and trick me.

I said I would like raise an official complaint and once again 'we will feedback your comments to better our service', evidently that didn't work the bloody last time since they messed up worse than even last time unless that how they manage their complaints now.

Vile experience, will be returning the jumper, just such a waste of time and money. Do not shop with them!

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed an order for a jacket and a t-shirt. When the order arrived, the jacket was used, damaged, and even contained someone else’s personal belongings in the pockets. I contacted customer service via live chat, explained the situation, and provided photos.

The advisor was barely apologetic and repeatedly insisted that “all items go through a rigorous quality control process,” which was clearly not the case. They generated a Royal Mail return label without asking me which courier I was able to use. I explained that I cannot return items via Royal Mail and asked for a new label to be created using another courier. I was told this was not possible and that I would have to do it myself, despite the fact that the advisor had already submitted the return request—meaning I could no longer do anything from my side.

This resulted in continuous back-and-forth, with the advisor being patronising and not listening to what I was explaining advising multiple times “You can always request a new return label, Mia” even tho I had already explained that I was unable to multiple times. I was told the jacket replacement had been cancelled due to “no stock,” even though the item is still available online. I was told that “replacement stock is different from online stock,” with no further explanation.

I asked for the chat to be escalated, which the advisor ignored, instead telling me I could simply take my Royal Mail label to Evri—something that is not possible. After requesting escalation a second time and being told someone will be in touch with no further information , the advisor abruptly ended the chat.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. None of this situation is my fault, yet I have been left to deal with the consequences. I have never previously had an issue with this brand, but this experience is completely inexcusable.

Also on top of this, I am being charged £1.95 to return the item, that arrived to me dirty, broken and used but yet I’m being charged to return. absolutely baffled and disgusted by how the company operates

Absolutely shocking /diabolical place to work

There is a reason Cardiff Stradivarius cannot keep their staff and it's down to the management - NO management/people skills whatsoever.
Shocking place to work, although, great if you want to be spoken to like scum of the earth !
I've witnessed management being rude to customers as well as their colleagues. DO NOT WORK THERE - you have been warned

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Ordered petite jeans, 2 pairs. Received full length. Had to return as they dont exchanged and nor do they sell petite in store. Ordered again that day and received my order tonight, only for them to be full length again and not the petite pairs rhat I ordered. Again need to return as they cant exchange. The warehouses packers obviously cant read labels before posting. Must have a warehouse full of petite clothes and they dont seem to send any. Absolutely hopeless. Would never buy from them again!

Just to update, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered for a third time, 2 pairs of petite size jeans, to receive today, again the wrong size. Hopeless is an understatement! Get a grip Stradivarius and look after customers. Don't just say nothing you can do other than send a return label...3 times...absolute joke!

I have not received a refund

I have not received a refund for 2 orders I have effectively returned on two separate occasions. On the 12th of April 2025, I requested a return for the D98 straight leg jeans in white. On my app it says my return has been accepted however the refund is still pending validation. I am still yet to receive my refund.

Furthermore, on the 19th of September 2025, I requested a return for two of the long flowing trench coats in black. On my app it says my return is in process and that it has been accepted, however, like before, my refund is pending validation.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience as I am a loyal customer who buys frequently with your company.
I have tried contacting through live chat and multiple email attempts to which I have received no response.
I expect a response and for my multiple refunds to be processed immediately, if this is not the case I will be taking further actions.

DIfficult to contact customer service

I ordered an e gift card a few days ago and at first I recevied a link with a barcode. I saved the link but now it won't let me access it and £ 50 have been taken from my credit card. I tried writing an email and no reply. I contacted them via chat or whatsapp but it's AI and I keep getting the same reply. I tried calling but it just says to leave a message. Can't get through to anyone.
Yes, I have received an email asking for further information. No solution!
In the meantime my son in law got in touch with Stradivarius and I got an email with the gift card. I'm giving three stars as the matter was solved, but I wouldn't have managed on my own because they never answered my email.

Awful. Just Awful

Just trying to buy things in Stadavarius in Playa Da America in Teneriffe. Rudest nastiest most uninterested staff in the whole island. Must be hard to find such horrible people here. No wonder this shop has the lowest possible rating. They strive to be awful

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I ordered 5 items and returned 3/5. I was refunded for 3 items but not the correct ones meaning I am out of pocket by £4. I have been in contact with “customer services” and they will not refund the difference. Instead they are telling me that I must pay again for the item so that can refund the correct one - I refuse to hand over more money to this company, it is their mess and they should fix it. I have had to explain the situation about 10x over to customer services and asked for points of escalation but I am not getting any options other than to pay again. This is not right.
