Wow.How this company is still breathing is a mystery.


I placed a tiny Black Friday order — a jumper and a pair of trousers. The trousers arrived with dark pigment streaks, a bold reminder that this brand’s quality is outright garbage. I buy their clothes only to lounge at home, and even for that, these trousers were a disaster waiting to happen. The thought of washing them made me shiver, so I requested a return.

I sent customer service photos of the defective trousers. They agreed, sent a return label — and immediately deducted the shipping fee from my refund. Brilliant strategy: send broken products and make the customer pay for it. Genius.

I wrote back. Their next move: a new label… for the jumper, again deducting return shipping. Apologized? Barely. Another label came, same story. Round and round in a Kafkaesque nightmare. Each time, I hoped for a hint of basic competence. Spoiler: none appeared.

I’ve been an online shopper long enough to earn a black belt in patience and savvy. And yet, this circus is only the second time I’ve seen incompetence mixed with such sheer, unapologetic audacity. Checking their Trustpilot reviews? Horror story confirmed. How this company is still breathing is a mystery.
Normally, I pick my battles. But Stradivarius is fighting over 29 SEK with the ferocity of a dragon guarding a treasure hoard. To them, my 29 kronor is trash — utterly worthless. But their 29 kronor? Sacred money, defended as if it’s the crown jewels, like the fate of the universe depends on it. Their business model: ship garbage, gaslight the customer, cling to their 29 kronor like a life-or-death mission. Conscience, decency, basic human standards? Never heard of them.

duuhhhh!!!!

I ordered a jacket on black friday Nov 27 . Dec 1 i received a mail saying that my order has been cancelled due to inavailabilty of the item. Dec 3 i got a mail saying that the item is a available that i can place an order again but of course under a différent price (no discount) . Duuuh !!! Anyways i found the same item at zalando !

SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely appalling service if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never known anything like it! I have been waiting for my order for a month now and have had no update on where it is or anything at all as it still says its being prepared. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to contact anyone, they should provide a phone number to call them because whatsapp you have to speak to a robot for ages and they never actually help you. They have been refusing to give me a refund for 2 weeks now and have basically just taken my money and not given it back. I am a teenage girl and they have taken a large sum of money off of me which is something that I dont have a lot of. Scammers is what this company is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They marked my click and collect as collected and I went in the store the same day to confront them and they said that I would get a refund. It has been a year and I still haven’t received my alleged refund…. Scammers

Absolutely AWFUL! Immoral. Unethical. Sarcastic.

Absolutely AWFUL!!

Been waiting a month and a half for a refund on some clothes I sent back. They're not willing to provide any update at all, even though by law they have to provide a refund within 14 days. Then they just sarcastically ask if there's anything else they can help you with... after not helping you in the slightest??

I can't believe how immorally they are able to behave and shocked as by the look of the brand you expect a grown-up, responsible business, but this has totally changed my view of the company which is a shame as I had originally liked them.

I've never been treated so poorly by any brand before. The very least you expect is communication.

They have repeatedly said they will email me and never have. They will respond to this review saying they will email me to sort it out, but believe me, they won't!

If you want to lose hundreds of pounds for no reason at all. Go ahead.

Very poor customer treatment

Today my mother and I had one of the most humiliating and confusing experiences we have ever had in a store, and it happened at Stradivarius Costa Rica.

My mother went into the fitting rooms to try on a few items. When she came out, there were some ripped tags on the floor, which were already there before she entered. An employee checked the fitting room and even commented, “I think this was…” implying it was related to another employee. My mother said she had nothing to do with the tags, and at that moment we were allowed to continue shopping.

We paid for our items, and even after the alarm went off (which was happening with many other people), the staff checked our bags. They found nothing except the clothes we had already purchased. We left the store without any issues.

But, as we were leaving H&M, a Stradivarius security guard approached us and escorted us back to the store, saying they only wanted to “ask a few questions.” Instead of asking anything, they immediately accused my mother of taking said item and claimed they “had the video”, even though:
• If there was a real video, it should clearly show her entering and exiting with the supposed item.
• The fitting room employee should have seen the item when checking what she took in.
• Our bags had already been inspected and were completely clean.
• No item was ever found in our possession.

Despite having zero physical evidence, they pressured my mother into paying for a product she never took. We were not treated with respect, we were not given a chance to understand what “evidence” they claimed to have, and we were publicly embarrassed by being escorted through the mall as if we were criminals.

This experience was deeply humiliating and completely unnecessary. We left the mall disappointed as we have purchased several clothes from Stradivarius before, and even the day of this incident. We have decided we will not be shopping at Stradivarius again. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially without any clear proof or basic respect.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Returned a pink midi dress that snagged at the back during the first wear. Very poor, cheap quality material. Returned the dress shortly and sent multiple emails with no response from the company. No refund provided to date or feedback. Disgraceful service.

So all over the internet it says 10%…

So all over the internet it says 10% off first order when signing up to the newsletter. However this isn't the case - according to chat. Also £30+ free delivery to home (small print ... needs to be total NOT including any discounted items)
But more miserable than anything is their super slow website - the fact that anything you seem to press when viewing the item you are looking at, adds it to your cart. Dreadfully slow website can't cope with any volume of users. Have reluctantly placed an order as my daughter is desperate for an item of clothing from them ... but never again.

APPALLING customer service ZERO STARS

My daughter ordered some clothes ONE MONTH AGO spending £85. Can't speak to anyone in customer services very easily as only via WhatsApp. First delivery the order never arrived, didn't even get any comms of its status. Got a replacement sent after many messages and finally speaking to someone on WhatsApp rather than a Bot (contacted them every day, one day I was on WhatsApp waiting for 3 HOURS!!!). Unfortunately this replacement order has also not arrived!!!!! Told they can't give a refund as status says 'being prepared' but it's been saying this status for 2 weeks with a delivery date of last week! I'm going round in circles and can't get the money back. The app is useless and you can't speak to anyone. My daughter is really upset as this is a lot of money. No explanation, nothing. I'm now trying to get money back by her bank as getting nowhere with these crooks. Avoid at all costs. NEVER USE THEM.

I went to a Stradivarius store in Panama and I bought a pair of boots. I had a mistake with the size because it was us and I tried to returned and they said I used them and I wouldn’t get a ferturn and refund. I honestly didn’t and u was so frustrated and saying wtf

Order 6000030468, Refund not received after months

If i could give this brand 0 stars i would. I made a refund in August 2025 it’s now November 2025 and i still haven’t received my money. I’m appalled and frustrated as i’m only a teenage girl who dosent have a lot of money and this was a big order so a lot of my money is gone. I’ve sent emails hoping for a reply because it’s getting ridiculous now. I’m annoyed and hoping i get my money back as it’s been so long and i’ve seen so many bad reviews regarding refunds. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I was not even a day over my return…

I was not even a day over my return deadline but with the bad weather and suffering really bad with my asthma and a child who was sick I was refused an exchange I didn’t want my money back was actually spending an extra £40 . I was point blank refused saying I would need a doctors note to prove I was ill and to make it even worse the store colleague kept calling me lovely which annoyed me even more

Awful company very rude customer…

Awful company very rude customer service. Ordered a coat for my daughter coat £120 nice warm down coat, within 2 weeks zip broke. They were happy for me to return the coat but couldn’t exchange as it was out of stock, they also advised me that refund would take 7 days upon receipt. Asked them if I took coat somewhere to get it repaired needs a new zip would they reimburse me for the repair, point blank no. So basically it’s freezing now, my daughter won’t have a coat and won’t have money to buy another one until they process my refund. Thank you for nothing. Compensation was offered which was free delivery on my next order so basically if I find another coat won’t have to pay delivery. Somehow I feel short changed!

0 stars if I could.
Item purchased in a store overseas was faulty. The jumper has two holes in it. Stradivarius won’t help, as their only customer service options of live chat or WhatsApp are for online orders only. They said I should return to the store I bought it from, a 4 hour flight away. They are not even interested that the item is poor quality - they say they will not pass on my comments to the relevant team. I wasted my money and will never return to Stradivarius.

The replies from Stradivarius to other reviews state they look forward to hearing more and ‘continuing the conversation’ but have not provided a way for me to do this.

I wish I could give this company zero…

I wish I could give this company zero stars.
I had conformation they had received my return. We are now well over the 14 day return window and I have received nothing. I have communicated via WhatsApp with “leticia” several times but they just keep asking me to wait another day. I have emailed the company directly with all the details and no response.
Today I spoke with another person called Carolina, who again has fobbed me off and told me it could take another few days to I quote “deal with it on their end”. Who are they?
No apologies or explanation.
I would urge you to not use this company especially for high price items. It’s doubtful you will receive a refund if you need it. This is ultimately theft.

Update: despite the quick response from Stradivarius in here it’s now a week later and I have still not heard anything from them. Spoke to leticia again and she asked me to wait. Not hopeful of ever getting this refund.

Would give zero stars if I could. To make the shoddy customer service and awful website even worse, they contract UPS as a delivery partner who are just the worst (parcel never even got to me!)

Steal your money

Ordered a pair of jeans back in September, received them on 11/09/25 which I returned on the 13/09/25. Have a track delivery receipt as proof of return but am yet to receive my refund. I have raised this on a what’s app chat, to be informed it’s being looked into and an email will be sent , to date I haven’t received anything. It’s disgusting that I am having to wait this long for my money to be returned. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

A credit note that was not honoured but refused …

I am really appalled at the customer service I received from the manager. I was given a credit note by Staff previously for an item of clothing I returned to the store because it was faulty. When I tried to reimburse my credit note when buying an item the Staff said you will need a voucher card. I told them I only received a credit note and no voucher when I returned my clothing. The Manager made me feel like I was lying I explained that all I received when I returned my faulty item was a paper credit note but she appeared to not believe me even though my daughter was a witness to this on the day. She could have reimbursed my credit note which was valid but decided to refuse it. The experience was terrible and I felt humiliated waiting there for an hour trying to resolve this problem. She told me to write an email to the company and she could not honour my credit note against the item I was going to buy. I asked for her name at the Trafford Centre store but she refused to give it to me. I am so upset at the customer service I received and have written an email to the company but still waiting for a reply. If I hear nothing I will be escalating this incident as I felt my consumer rights were being refused on all levels. I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed at the Customer Service I received.
