Fraudsters!!!

Hei!
I placed an order on 31.01.2026, and the amount was charged to my bank card. The order was canceled by Stradivarius, but as of 19.02, the funds have still not been returned. I have provided a bank statement with the ARN code and screenshots from my account showing the payment. Despite this, there has been no response from your side, while you continue to send advertisements to my email.
This is fraudulent behavior. I do not recommend your company. Customers risk being left without money in their accounts. I demand an immediate refund, and if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will report your company to the Norwegian authorities. The order was placed in Norway.

First and last order from this company. Avoid

First order from this company, never again.
My order did not arrive, then was claimed to has been delivered to my address. Proof of delivery showed a warehouse. After trying to contact customer services but kept being responded to by AI bot, I eventually messaged someone in customer service who told me that the order did not have my full address on it and therefore returned and refund issued. It is not my fault if there is an error in the system where the label did not print my address. No compensation offered, just told that the tracking was available for me to see.
Awful experience. Would not recommend and will spend my money with better company’s

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service! I received two faulty items one after each other. No apologies. Not bothered at all. Customer service are a waste of space! Then below they said they emailed with a resolution?? Really…you refunded postage?! Well done you! A great resolution!

I’ve had a totally different experience…

I’ve had a totally different experience from other reviews. I ordered a pair of jeans and a top. I am fussy but both fit perfectly and are true to size, apart from the jeans are still a little bit too long for me for petit. I ordered on Friday afternoon and received them on Saturday afternoon. Just perfect and felt like a positive review needed to be written!

Worst company for contact.

Worst company for contact.. very sad as I love their clothes etc… I bought a lot in their shops but will never again..still waiting for my order from weeks ago .. automated rubbish on their chat.. feel this may be the only way they will contact me..!!! I want a refund for all the goods I ordered on line!!!! Fuming!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE..

My name is Sophia,
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stradivarius. I returned a skirt and have yet to receive my refund from last September. I had to pay €10 to send the parcel back via An Post. I have been in contact with their customer service team since October, back and forth both by phone and email, and have received no helpful resolution. Despite providing proof of return, I have been denied my refund. The lack of responsiveness and resolution is unacceptable.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. I then had to contact them to ask why. They said it was lost. So they knew it was lost but failed to inform me instead o had to reach out to them. I then asked for a new parcel to be sent on next day delivery seeing as I’d already paid for delivery and been waiting a while and needed for an event. They responded no it will be 3-7 days which any company should own there mistakes and make it right

Don’t like to leave bad reviews but I…

Don’t like to leave bad reviews but I placed an order, money taken from my account, I received an email to say there was a delay which was no big deal. Then received an email to say incomplete address.. the address was complete but I contacted customer support to be sure then following day received and email that my order is cancelled and it’ll take up to 7 working days to get my money refunded .. how is this even allowed? AVOID I’d say 😡

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Purchased a jumper as a Christmas present and after a couple of washes, the material has gone all bobbly.

Customer service has been next to useless, insisting we take the garment to their store. Nearest one is over an hour away.

We have provided numerous photos but customer service refuse to acknowledge the issue.

NOTE: they reply to all reviews with a disingenuous reply with no intention of resolving the issue. Just to make it look like they are concerned with reviews.

Awful Customer Service

Not normally one to complain, but I ordered items on Boxing Day, and it is the 20th of January, and I haven't received anything. I went onto the online chat and was told conflicting things: that there was no stock for my order, and also that the order was stuck. The customer service was so bad, and I got a refund in the end but no message to apologise for the delay.

I placed an order three weeks ago

I placed an order three weeks ago, and it still has not been delivered. The order status shows “dispatched,” but the company cannot tell me where my purchase is.

When I contacted customer support, they told me that I might need to collect the order myself. This is not acceptable, as I live in another country.

They also separated my order and delivered only one part to the post office, while the rest of the order is missing. Despite this, they continue to say that my case is “under review” and that it would take seven working days to resolve. That time has already passed.

Their responses are slow and unhelpful, and in some cases rude. They repeat the same message without providing any real solution and often do not reply for several days.

At this point, I feel misled and believe that Stradivarius Greece has failed to properly handle my order.

Con artist

The company is a complete sham and run buy con artist.
The customer service is very much non existent.
If you want to avoided stress , I recommend you avoided this store .

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I ordered a jeans online but got a wrong size so returned it the same day I received it. Same day I ordered another size and opted to collect it from post office. I received an email saytit has been delivered to the collection point but there at collection point they have not received any parcel. I tried contacting customer service but getting no response. I’m not even sure if I will get my money back for my returned order and then I missed my current order. Worst customer service won’t be shopping from here and won’t recommend anyone to shop from here.

Shocking customer service

I ordered an item online but when I received this, there was a fault with one trouser leg having a seam sewn in and the other not so I returned it selecting defective item as the return reason. I had to contact the customer service team via the WhatsApp method to request that the £6 delivery and refund charges were also refunded and was advised that I should have taken a photo of the defective item and provided this? Even though the return process involves an assessment of the return and only when accepted after this assessment do you receive notification that a refund will be authorised. There was no information in the returns process to advise that a photo was required. Eventually I received confirmation that the delivery charges would be processed but it was noted that this was an exceptional arrangement! It was portrayed that they were doing me a favour, yet the error was theirs in that they had sent a defective item out to a customer. Shocking customer service, extremely poor

I have not had a resolution and only had half of the delivery charges refunded so it has cost me for the experience of having a sub standard item delivered to me which I then returned, the item was clearly faulty

Shipping paid but item didn't arrive in time

Ordered an item for an event and paid for express shipping. Still hasn't arrived a day later and no refund offered for payment of shipping. Pretty bad, won't shop again. Don't depend on their expediated shipping. Wouldn't you think they'd offer a credit note/discount against next purchase? Honestly, who's in charge of their customer service division?
Stradivarius replied to this review saying they had emailed me on Jan 12th with a solution to the issue. The only email I received was an automated response saying the item had been delivered- 4 days later than when the paid expedited delivery date had passed. Just an automated response and no compensation by way of a refund for the paid service which was not provided.
Once again, pretty poor customer service- an email telling me or simply reminding me of their poor customer service.

Worst company to deal with

Placed order 26/12/25, confirmation email received stating “ Your order has just left our warehouse. We’ll send you an email so you can track it”, also stating in confirmation email that order would be delivered 05-06/01/26. I in fact never received stated email with tracking, waited until 06/01. No delivery, contacted customer service to inform no tracking email received and date passed for delivery. Was told it was escalated. Never received an email confirming escalation. Contacted customer service again today to request refund, was told “your order is being delivered today 09/01”. So I asked not once but 3 times for tracking for proof of this. Was told tracking will be provided, once courier updates?!?! Asked at least 5 times how I can be told it’s being delivered today if no tracking provided by courier. Kept getting fobbed off. To be told contact us tomorrow if order doesn’t arrive today to request a refund. This is the reason I contacted today. If you can’t provide me with stated tracking information today then refund it. Was like banging my head off a brick wall with the customer service agent, requested a manager, was told they’ll tell you same thing!!! So rude, so unprofessional and so unhelpful

If I could give you zero I would

If I could give you zero I would. It took 3 months of me constantly chasing and being mostly ignored to find out the status of my return. You denied receiving it and told me on several occasions tough luck and that I would not get a refund. I had to contact InPost directly who identified the return as being at your warehouse. This is after you denied that InPost was one of your return methods despite it being on your online portal. I spent months chasing and receiving the most appalling service. I have only just received the refund and only after I provided the evidence many many many times. You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. I will never shop with this company again. Absolute jokers.

The customer service is shocking

The customer service is shocking. I can’t get a sensible reply to my enquiry - I bought a jumper and want to return it but the website won’t recognise my email address and I can’t get any help via the WhatsApp number offered. Order number 50307442244. Utterly frustrated and will never buy from them again.

Christmas Day online purchase error

I ordered a few items on Christmas Day, one of which was a scarf however upon receipt of my delivery I realised that I had ordered the narrow scarf instead of the wider one which I wanted. I immediately went to contacts and was directed to AI which was just an awful experience so I thought that I would try and call the store at the Trafford Centre. My call was answered immediately without any mundane options which in itself was a breath of fresh air.
I spoke to the most lovely young lady who was the most helpful and she checked the amount of stock for this item and explained that I can exchange in store etc.
Lucy was an absolute delight to speak to, she was incredibly helpful and extremely polite and bubbly. Today I called in and managed to purchase the correct item and saw Lucy to thank her for her kindness and excellent customer service. I know that good customer service should be the norm but unfortunately these days this is not always the case and therefore I would like Lucy to receive the recognition she so deserves. From a customer perspective, she is an asset to your company and has made my online error so much easier to resolve. Thank you so much Lucy.
