Have had a terrible experience with…

Have had a terrible experience with customer service. I bought shoes in Spain and thought I would be able to exchange at another store in Scotland if didn’t suit. Was unable to also was back in Spain and tried to exchange had receipt and shoes had all the tags. However as it was just slightly outwith the 30 days they would not let me exchange. Terrible company to deal with. Stay away.

DON’T, JUST DON’T ORDER

Paid for my order. Order never arrived, and they are not helping at all. Only political correct answers in chats, that I should be patient.
I really really really would NOT recommend this.
They are SHIT, and the customer service is the worst ever, that this is even possible 2025.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! Stradivarius is working with Packaly as a delivery service and although they didn’t delivery my package, they marked it as delivered! And it is really difficult to get in touch with Stradivarius. They answered to me really late after each reply, they sometimes didn’t even reply so I had to open a new chat. Now in WP, they haven’t replied me back. Then I learned from the delivery company that they lost my package. I informed Stradivarius and asked for the next steps but they haven’t replied me back. This has been the worst online experience I have had! Never gonna buy anything from them again!
