Communication from the beginning to end has been excellent. Our Chauffeur driver delivered superb service on every aspect & they catered to all our requests, making this a bespoke, personal experience.

The vehicle was delivered on time and was clean and filled. Criticism would be that it would have been nice to have had a explanation of the vehicle, warning lights, how the auto gearbox worked etc. I conducted most of the interaction by email, it would have been quicker to speak by phone. My email request was for 2 days, yet they worked on basis of 3 days. Staff delivery and collection were smart and well mannered.

Adam form Star was brilliant arranging everything. He was very professional and had great communication. The drivers arrived in plenty of time and the bride, father of the bride and the bridesmaids loved their transport.

both vehicles and the effect on my daughter was amazing - just as I had hoped. The journey home was delightful so calm and relaxing. What would normally be an airport pick up was made into a really special occasion. If we have need of this service again, we shall certainly come back. Hired a car to use as the wedding car for my nieces wedding. The service was first class. Any enquiry was answered promptly and they could not be more helpful. The car was delivered on time and was perfect for the occasion. Would definitely recommend for anyone that needs to hire a car a cut above the usual type you would get from one of the larger hire companies.

Excellent from start to finish. We needed a second car for 5 days for a family trip and actually changed to chauffeur service half way through. Adam was extremely accommodating with our ever changing plans and our driver James (JamJam to our daughter!!) was fantastic going above and beyond with all of us. Thank you!!

He was late! The driver came semi-undressed with his shirt fully unbuttoned and no tie. He was very reluctant to remove an empty plastic box from the boot, for me to place my luggage there. He was also bold enough to look displeased when asked to quickly stop at another part of the building to collect my belongings. He also spoke rather rudely and asked many personal quaestions, making the entire ride very uncomfortable for me.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic. My daughter travelled on her own. The chauffeur was kind and chatted to her and she was really chuffed with the drinks being offered on her journey. The car was also better than
Imagined.

Excellent response to a short notice requirement which was turned around quickly and efficiently. Good choice and availability of cars. Our chosen car was delivered to our door and collected on time. Great motor! Good and pleasant communications throughout. Not the cheapest but the quality of service was very high.

The pickup from Heathrow in the Monaco Sprinter was the massive cherry on top of a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and her 3 best friends return from Santorini, Greece. Words fail to describe their surprise and jubilation upon seeing this beauty to behold. I saw the video and the vehicle looked so shiny my eyes started to water! Thank you so much Starr Luxury and a huge huge God bless you to Phill for being so incredibly courteous and getting the girls home safely! Highly recommend!

P.s. although wouldn't advise I booked the day before and they delivered!
