Don’t waste your time too
I really wanted to hire the maybach for my wedding in August and the company had the perfect car I was looking for ! I tried talking to Adam but the guy just comes across like he doesn’t want to talk. I’m asking him to confirm the journey over so I can send him the total balance if he wanted it but still this guy is messing up the quote up to spelling my name wrong! Then after all of this tells me he’s fleet manager said all his cars are booked man so frustrating like they need to understand what their potential clients are going though like All I’m asking for something as simple as someone just call and go over the journey plan or at least email me back fast so I can respond quick ! But it’s fine looks like we couldn’t do business

Thank you for your review, we value every client feedback and pay close attention and investigate any negative feedback we receive, so we can make corrections and offer a better service to our client.
We were not able to offer you our chauffeur service, due to the fact, our vehicle availability was now fully booked for your dates and in the region. On your initial enquiry at the start of January, you were engaged and emails responded to regularly, and at every opportunity to confirm your booking, seven times you requested for changes or hesitated, leading into a month of non-confirmed booking.
We always encourage our clients to confirm booking on earliest certainty as availability can be lost due to another clients booking.
In future, we will aim to advise more clearly of the risk of lost availability due to non-confirmed booking with a payment.
Thank you once again for taking the time to review, and we will take actions to improve our service delivery.

Great Service
We hired two vehicles from Starr Luxury Cars on a self drive basis and found both vehicles to fully meet our requirements.
The delivery and collection of both vehicles was on time and the process went smoothly. Stuart was really helpful with the delivery and he organised the collection with Umar brilliantly.
I had lots of questions about the vehicles we were hiring, as I needed them to meet specific requirements and Ike was very helpful in his responses.
I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again in the future.

I have investigated your experience with our chauffeur, and I am saddened you feel you were not welcomed in true Starr style.
Our Chauffeurs are trained to be very accommodating to clients, and each of our vehicles come with bluetooth connectivity but it seems there was an issue with your phone connecting to the vehicle, and our chauffeur has informed that he substituted with music from the radio channels.
Your journey was also impacted by the climate change protest in London which restricted travel to key sights you wanted to visit or chauffeured past such as big ben, and thus his hands were tied.
We have learned from this and our sales team are well briefed to advise our tour seeking clients of any disruptions prior to booking.
I hope we have the opportunity to provide a better experience and have you aboard a Starr Luxury Car sometime soon.
