Very Happy With the Service Received.
My appointment was to collect and have fitted my new pairs of glasses. All went very smoothly and the fitting is proving most comfortable. I am very happy with the services received and attention to detail.

Poor customer service. My prescription was not appropriate for…
My prescription was not appropriate for the frame which sales team should have realised before glasses were made up. Also, customer service was poor as sales team not available to support the customer throughout the process. Considering the cost you would expect a much more professional service that meets each customers individual needs.

Happy customer
Bought a pair of glasses but the fitting wasn’t great. Was seen promptly and the lady agreed the fitting wasn’t done well and so I changed my frames. Hassle free. No question as asked. New pair ordered. No extra cost to me. Happy customer (but wished to they had done it right the first time)
