Visit to Wick via a ferry!
I was very impressed with the way the employees handled my arrival and subsequent tests prior to being seen by the optician.
I was also amazed by the equipment that was being used, definitely in the 21st century!

Not enough time given for examinations.
Based on Leatherhead and Dorking branches. The staff are always too rushed to cater to the less typical eye. The last 2 prescriptions were less than optimal compared to other high street options. The reason given being “it takes time for the eyes to adjust”. Having worn glasses all my life this was nothing but dismissive and derogatory. This review though is more about their NHS referral checks at Leatherhead. Again, rushed and ended up referring back to NHS. On top of this was charged £5 for a service I did not agree to and don’t even know if was rendered. Never answers phone or call back to answer phone message.

Customer service was really good
Customer service was really good. Staff were very attentive and helpful which my visits a pleasant experience.
The location of Specsavers at Fort Kinnaird made it a convenient travel for my visit.

New Glasses…
My husband and myself both came for appointments at the same time. Went really smoothly, staff efficient and pleasant and the same when we went back to collect the new glasses.

Rude and unprofessional
Rude and unprofessional, need to learn manners. My elderly mother went for an eye test and the woman was so rude. Will not be taking her back to this specsavers again.
