Great communication from before my appointment and throughout. Text message reminder is helpful. Staff always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My optician was very professional and proficient and also approachable and polite. After care was also very good.

DISHONEST LIARS! AVOID
Had booked home visit as house.bound and told them had be afternoon which they said fine.
However they text day before appointment saying 9am next day. So on Wed 7th August at 4.30pm when I recieved the text I rang with my adult daughter present. I have tourettes so she took over the call. She explained I'm too ill in mornings and we did ask for afternoon.lady on phone was nice and cancelled the following days appointment. Rearranged to the next Thursday.
Yet they turned up next day ! Didn't even cancel it like we asked. My son just rang to check they booked it for next week and they said no one ever rang! I have proof!
Disgusting way to treat a disabled customer.
