My experience was brilliant my only beef is the 👓 I really wanted they dont sell anymore 😢 Cath Kidson .even though they are still on the website as selling them .very disappointed in that as I love those glasses.

Although the appointment to collect my new glasses had to delayed/rearranged by you, l was warmly welcomed when l arrived for the new one and given attention even though l was a little early. The young man who showed me to a seat and dealt with my visit was a delight, so pleasant and considerate as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Another member is staff came over to say hello, another very pleasant young woman.
I was there for some time and the young man taking care of me made sure l was wholly satisfied with both pairs of glasses and escorted me to the door that he held open for me.

I had my yearly eye test and was told…
I had my yearly eye test and was told that I required new driving glasses.
Not a problem if my prescription has changed so be it.
I picked the frames which were good quality and not a bad price.
7 days later I collected my glasses. Went to the car and drove away wearing my new specs.
All good around town until I drove onto the A19 going home.
The distance vision was shocking anything over 150 metres was just a haze/blur.
I had to swap back to my old spectacles.
I returned the next day to Specsavers and told them about the problem.
Tested my eyes with my old glasses and then the new glasses.
For some strange reason they had added more plus to my prescription.
I had to wait another 10 days for my glasses to be replaced with the correct prescription.
Not a good situation.
But I now have glasses I can use.
