Quick, efficient & courteous

If I don't change my batteries every 2 days I have to open the safe with breaking out emergency key and take the front of my safe off to get inside it's horrible having to change the batteries out every 2 days

Extortionate. this company is an agent only - search for local tradespeople and contract directly. Feel totally ripped off: was charged well over THREE TIMES the rate if I had gone directly (£222 versus £65)

The company seems to go by three different names hence my review under three names

We came home from holiday to find that both sets of keys for my car had been lost. The car was in the garage and locked, being the type of car that only the agents could attend to, the replacement had to come from o/seas.
Soter couldn't have been more helpful; replacement keys were ordered. The keys have arrived and Soter have already settled the claim.
A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. The locksmith came up against an unusual problem but persevered and won through. Good job.

Nadir was excellent sorting an appointment to have a spear key done would highly recommend

Crap managers , only care about 1 thing, money in their pockets. They don't care about customer service or your car if some goes wrong.
Be careful, best go to your dealership

Don’t ask me how but the blade fell out of my key for a Kia.

RAC referred me to locksmiths working out of this call centre. I was lucky enough to get Mohamed on 19th November at nearly midnight.

Well you feel a bit of a fool when a blade just falls out of the key but he talked me through my options, upfront about costs, and was humanity personified. Made me laugh under difficult circumstances when I needed to get away urgently.

Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely disgusting service!
Left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no vehicle for weeks because of their shockingly awful service and communication!
They sent 3 locksmiths over 3 weeks. The first locksmith had a key sent for my car from citreon 2/3 days after attending my vehicle and failing to program one himself but the office wouldn't let the locksmith drop it to me, instead they sent a different locksmith to try again. This locksmith couldn't even get in my car and then broke my door lock by forcing the dust cap.
The office tried telling me I would need new parts for my car as they can't program and this would all be covered. They then said it wouldn't be covered and I'd need to pay them for the new ignition barrell (which I didn't actually need).
13 days after the first locksmith had attended he was finally allowed to return to bring me the key he had had waiting for 11 days. Guess what it worked. He said to me do you want to know what's annoying, I've had this key for weeks and they wouldn't let me bring it to you as they said the case was closed and being dealt with'
When I complained multiple times my complaint 'was being investigated' but didn't actually get officially logged with complaints until weeks after my first complaint.
They have now said they will not compensate me for the parking I had to unnecessarily pay for as car was stuck in a carpark, the taxis I had to pay for just to get to a shop, the stress and lies I had to endure, the loss of earnings due to being isolated in the middle of nowhere due to Soters bad service or the lock they broke.
Absolutely the WORST company and service I have EVER come across. Disgusted is an understatement.
I am now having to go to the Ombudsman to get them to help hold Soter accountable.

Great,proffessional and easy company to deal with.

Quick and easy to use. Good to be able to track the engineer and see how far away he was took the stress out of the experience.

5* company, can't recommend them enough, they kept me informed as to who was coming out to me and how long they was going to be etc. They came and got straight on with the job of opening my car as keys was locked in the boot, very easy to get on with and very professional at what they do, was in my car within no time to my relief. Hopefully will not need them again but if I did would definitely call this company.

My puppy chewed my chrysler keyfob I rang up to arrange replacement they said they can't do it and find a dealership chrysler don't have any dealerships now iv got to find a locksmith to give me a quote on headed paper so that they can approve it what do you pay insurance for now am stuck with a car no key I've found a locksmith quoted 225 but because its verble quote they won't cover it what a rip off company part of Sheila's wheels

Great service. Locksmith arrived much earlier than we expected and successfully picked the lock. When the keys were not found in the boot, as expected he encouraged us to search the surrounding area and assisted. The keys were found, to our enormous relief, and we continued our journey, arriving only 90 mins later than scheduled. We are extremely grateful & thoroughly recommend this service.

The speed you dealt with the call came out to me in under half hour the weather was nasty. But that did not put him off he saved my day and I would recommend to everyone 💯 great great service thank you so much...

Charlie turned up a little later than expected but sorted out the problem within 15 minutes
