A massive thank you to Becky Flowers for helping me sort out my van insurance! I have been riddled with anxiety as it’s my first time looking for a van policy and Becky made me feel so comfortable, at ease and sorted me out straight away. She is an asset to the company and deserves recognition and reward. Becky explained everything in detail about the policy and adhered to all rules and regulations all whilst making me happy and satisfied. Becky was very patient, professional and cheery on the phone. I wish any time I called a company I get through to Becky every time. There should be more Becky’s in the world. Thank you so much.

Avoid Hasan/Hassan the salesman. They reel you in with low prices online but it dramatically changes once you call them. I had a horrible experience on the phone trying to arrange taxi insurance. I got a quote for £2185 online via comparethemarket and once I called I went through a really long and arduous process to get a quote from them. They put a really low price online so you call them and then claim "uber approved policy" or check outdated Google Maps street view to find your driveway and if they cannot see it due to Google Maps showing pictures that are 10+ years old then claim this will need to be verified by our admin team which is one the ways they raise the price of your policy. Be sure to be very careful and attentive when listening as they try and change the information that you put online so the details change and they can try and charge you more for your policy. I luckily did my due-diligence and saw a lot of bad reviews where after purchasing the policy, they refuse to accept certain documents and raise prices and if you dare think about cancelling, the cancellation fees are very high to try and lock you into the policy. I spoke with Hasan who was the salesman and he was very rude and kept questioning me in such a preposterous manner asking where is my driveway when he was looking at 10+ years old photos on Google Maps. In the end my £2185 quote when up to £2958 as they made it "uber approved" and it means I can use it for Uber Eats, SDP cover etc etc they just give you all this fancy jargon acting like they are doing you a favour when really almost all taxi insurance policies include this anyway. Overall, they are very pushy salesmen and they use smart tactics to extract information from you to increase the prices of their policies. I would say it is not worth the hassle and risk to go with them, luckily I got a quote with Acorn which is a little more but happy to pay more and have that piece of mind that I have gone direct to the insurer and can contact if I have any issues, with brokers like Quote Detective, they are third party so when something goes wrong, it is a long winded process to sort it out. I would recommend avoid at all costs if you want to hold onto your money and not get conned! Good luck and don't give into their sleazy sales tactics.

I had missed my payment deadline within 45 minutes and had a email to say my insurance was going to be cancelled. I had a phone call and it was sorted within 10 minutes. I can’t thank them enough . Many thanks

Jus renewed a policy, firstly dealt with Tarin who made it all really easy and straight forward, tyler was immensely helpful throughout and meg was incredibly professional during the finalisation of the new policy. I don’t as a rule leave reviews but I just wanted to say how please I am with this company. I spoke with Hannah on customer department and she was fully understanding of the personal issues I’ve been dealing with that’s affected my finances. She was very reassuring very helpful very kind and very supportive. She went above and more to help me with my insurance and didn’t once make me feel like I was being a burden , more like a friend in need. Definitaly will recommend this company thank you
