Great prices. Good choice and fast delivery!

Great quality dog bed and super fast delivery.

The order was shipped quickly however the delivery company returned the item to sender immediately without even attempting delivery (I appreciate this is not Slumberdowns fault), however the only way to contact Slumberdown is via email which I have done on several occasions and they are not replying to me so no refund and no pet bed

Best dog bed ever purchased, not only exactly as described but even better than in photos, so good I have already ordered another one for another room and a third for the car, brilliant, worth every single penny 5*

Excellent and fast service. The blanket arrived safely and has proven to be a wonderful purchase. We love it and are so much warmer without paying huge electricity bills. I would recommend you to give it a try!

Good prices for Black Friday, I have 4 of their (BRITISH) wool duvets now as I use in my air bnb rooms, I find them light and warm for the price they are great, pleased to have bedding that will break down after it’s discarded unlike polyester which we can’t even leave in recycling! Hoping there are no PFAS in the mix..The bags great for storage long term, easy to fit duvets in them, last well. dispatch/Delivery is quick but please stop using yodel! Courier rang the bell, I have to run down 3 flights to get to the gate, I didn’t wait a second, I ran down in 15 seconds tops to find the courier already dropping the duvet in the block door next door..I know none of these people and there’s never anyone there.. a really bad short cut on delivery. Tracking also spotty. Still waiting for a response to my question to slumber down a week ago…

My dog Lola absolutely loves this bed and rarely goes car from it the fabric is so soft and welcoming and the padding is super comfy and holds her perfectly I have never managed before to find such a perfect bed for her - worth every penny. And more

Order was delivered on the day I was told and in the early part of the time frame for delivery

I bought my duvets to use in my campervan, we tried them at home and absolutely love the duvets. They feel light but are very warm and cosy. Most of all I like that they are not bulky.

Second time of ordering the wonderful wool duvets as bought for other family members as price was great and the delivery is quick also-thank you once again.

We have one of these quilts at our lodge in the Lake District and found it to be very warm and cozy so we purchased a second one for our super king size bed at home. It’s fantastic. So warm and very very cozy.

Delivery company say they attempted delivery but couldn't access the property. I live in a house with no access restriction. Emailed Slumberdown but no response after a week. Still no response. Will try to demand a refund but not optimistic about it.

Good qualiry duvet, warm and light.

Arrived earlier than expected

Poor quality packaging. Need to return but no reply to my email.
UPDATE 08/01/2026
Received return instructions and courier label. Returned blanket in accordance with instructions and confirmed by email on 13th December to Slumberdown with info to track package. Despite further emails have only received auto-replies. Now 8th January and no refund received and no communication. I will not be recommending Slumberdown.
