Overall the service was good.
The options are limited by a small number of very similar templates but, once you're OK with that, it's fine.
The first build was, frankly, sloppy - many technical errors, HOWEVER, once I'd pointed them out, they were fixed pretty quickly. Mind you, it took a deep trawl from someone with good website-building knowledge to identify them.
Be aware that you will never communicate directly with the designers which is unnerving, inefficient and makes everything really slow.
In the long run, though, the service is good.

Great experience with Sitewizard from start to finish. I took ages in finalising the design and making changes and the company was very patient.

Poppy is very hands on and nothing is too much trouble.

I would thoroughly recommend the company if you would like your website designed and hosted.

They stole our money, I dealt with George and he promised us 2x Websites. We have never received the money or the websites, stay far away from this company. The are crooks. I can send you proof of emails if they claim this as a ‘fake’ review

The guys at Sitewizard made the whole process of developing a new company website very easy. Dealing with George, Dan and the lovely Poppy was a pleasure and I have already recommended them to business colleagues. The site was also very competitive on cost and the transition from old to new was seamless.

Spamming emails to any form that will listen. Recieved 2 emails from apparently the same person on 2 completely different websites. This isn't the first time I've been spammed by your site. We sell SEO services so why are you spamming us trying to sell SEO services.

Lets take a look at this logically - you are selling marketing services when you can't even market yourself using non-blackhat methods maybe if you were actually able to SEO you wouldn't need to spam as you would be getting genuine organic traffic from people WHO WANT SEO!??!?

I would highly recommend Sitewizard, all the staff members that I have dealt with are very efficient, polite and knowledgeable, the customer service is excellent. Sitewizard have built us a new web site, they deal with our SEO and Google Ad words, our emails and social media posts and I cannot fault them. If I ever have a problem or a question they respond to it very quickly and rectify the issue or answer the question promptly. I would definitely suggest that you speak to these guys about your requirements, they have made my life much easier :)

The team at Sitewizard have been so helpful in putting together a new website for my new bookshop (yes, due to open after lockdown ends...). From clear advice on the options and straightforward pricing, through to a great design team that listened to what I wanted and added their flair. And the whole project kept on track by Vicki, who has been both encouraging and calming. I would certainly recommend them to others looking for help in getting a great website up and running.

Very happy They did a great job on redesigning my website, and followed the instructions I have clearly, but also provided some useful creative and technical input. Always very responsive, and I am very satisfied with the new look site. They have also been good on follow up.

I have a small company with a limited budget. I have little advertising experience and wanted a local company to assist with marketing/ppc. The campaign was roughly double my monthly budget, so it was incredibly important that it performed.

To begin with, the service was good (suggesting changes to my website and actively building the campaign).

After a month it was difficult to contact them to discuss the campaign, with my concerns about poor performance being down to the service not running long enough. As time progressed it was increasingly more difficult to contact them, the poor performance continued with the finger pointed at me for my lack of marketing knowledge.

They also owe me money from overpaying via direct debit. It will be difficult to recover the damage to my business as a result of using their service.

A great personal bespoke service, with excellent ideas and very reasonably priced for my new website

I have been unbelievably impressed by every contact I have had with Sitewizard. They designed and manage my website and nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a dedicated named person who helps with any issues and everything is resolved immediately. I receive reports on how my website is performing and regular emails to check I'm happy with the service. I cannot recommend Sitewizard highly enough and I cannot ever imagine going anywhere else.

I used site wizard for around 6 months, after getting promised they will help my rankings by doing my SEO i seen very little returns. They failed to offer advice on my website which I would assume would be relatively standard, turns out it wasn't even secure, basics I would imagine. After cancelling and having another company look at my website I was advised there was very little SEO on my website, as a small business i was putting my faith in this company but was getting very little return for my £180 p/m.
My advise don't listen to their sales pitch, use local.

Highly recommend Sitewizard if you want to push your business forward and reach potential customers.

Vicki oversaw the updating of my website and I am very pleased with the end result. The team had endless patience in making the changes, nothing was too much trouble. Site Wizard has always been a pleasure to deal with, and after care is excellent. Technical help is of a very high standard and you are never made to feel a nuisance. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to start a website.

George and Poppy have been very helpful with redesigning our website making it visible to people on phones and iPads. the website looks and navigates just how I wanted it to. we are also paying for the team to get us up on the google search, and although slow going it certainly is helping.
