Great service

Mac was really really helpful I cannot express enough how relieved and grateful I am he sorted all the problems. I changed to a faster internet and struggled to connect my printer and after 2 hours everything was back to normal. He was really patient and me a technology idiot can just about use my phone! He takes me through all the procedures and I’m blessed God has sent me another superman to rescue me. I have been with Grafter for almost 8 years and it was my other superman Yesh who helped me set my tablet up. Such a reliable company that provides 24 hour service! Thank you Mac & my favourite Yesh. I haven’t forgotten you!

Mac was super patient and attentive even though we spent almost 2 hours on the call. And managed to resolve every issue we had. I would highly recommend this company and the support that they provide. 5 stars!

I had a great experience working with Mac from Grafter support. He was professional, patient, and very clear in his communication throughout. He took the time to understand my issue properly and guided me step by step without rushing, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What I really appreciated was his attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was resolved correctly rather than giving a quick temporary fix. Would not recommend

Would not recommend. They kept hold of funds a few times claiming it was a fraud check. As an electrician taking relatively small card payments, I felt this was a bit over the top and very frustrating. They would ask for information which I would give quickly and in detail about transactions taking place, only to be told it would need reviewing which would take forever to be dealt with. The more you pestered them, the slower they did anything.
They eventually closed my account saying it was because of inactivity when I had been using it 2 months previously.
Having used companies like sumup and izettle I would recommend you avoid this company. Hard work, poor communication and not always truthful in what they are saying.
