Reliant and very pleasant and helpful . Especially for someone who is not as able as they used to be. Not only serviced boiler but checked cooker and fire..

Situation normal, the technician/engineer arrived on time, completed the service of the gas fire and boiler with no problems identified, left the working areas clean and tidy (just as the they were when the technician arrived) and left……thanks again

Worcester Bosch combi boiler was installed within the stated timescale - 3 days. Extensive work including removal of tanks, new pipework, new flue and reinstatement of ceilings. Works were carried out expertly and I was kept informed by the installation team of progress each day. Special mention for Andy, Ryan and Kevin - a great team.

All competent and reassuring from the initial phone call to the work carried out.

Great service

The plumber did the work however he did find a blocked line and unfortunately in undoing the fitting it broke on the heatstore. He was able to coble some alternate piping that involved leaving a cap off the expansion tank. Took an extra hour. However the system seems to work OK but with the expansion tank open to dust etc who knows how long it will last.

Easy to book, Alan arrived on time and carried out a thorough check of the boiler. He explained each step and gave useful tips on optimal upkeep. He even went up into the attic to check the flue. He made me very glad I’d chosen Scott Findlay and I’ll book them again for next year. Also, the office staff were very helpful when I called and the paperwork was all dealt with promptly. Fantastic company and I’m happy to recommend them.
