Smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to, especially Michael, was extremely patient and helpful. It made what is a stressful and alien process for me very simple.

Katie was kind and sympathetic to the unfortunate and sad circumstances causing me to make the claim. She and Conor were professional and gave clear instructions and advice, making the whole process far less arduous and stressful than I’d expected it to be. She understood not only the cost value of a replacment, but also the sentimental value. She was caring and considerate, and kept me informed throughout the claim.

Michael and Klara were great in dealing with my claim. They were very swift in dealing with my issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I am very happy.

The most awful experience. These aparent professionals were third in the food chain from my insurance company. The demanded (demanded) to go through the whole claim process again - bearing in mind they are low in the food chain and were tasked with 1 thing. They couldn't even do that. Back to my insurance company who I pay for and who are now dealing. The compancy is shocking. Especially this Kurt person. NOT A CLUE.

Having lost a treasured bangle that my husband bought me 22 years ago, I was directed to SBS. The whole experience was excellent, Claire Ingram took me through every stage and explained step. It was lovely to have such a polite and pleasant person.
