We started our journey of purchasing a house through ap Morgan. Initially our experiance with them was disappointing as there was a lack of communication, there was not an appointed person who we could contact if we wanted an update or had any questions. We were passed from pillar to post for the the first 5 months of the process. This caused unnecessary stress in amongst already what is a stressful situation. we were eventually appointed to madiah who over the last few weeks of the process has been great! She has been In contact with us every week if not a couple of times a week. Has kept us updated of were we are in the process and thankfully we have finally exchanged contracts. Madiah has made up for the stress and frustration we faced with ap Morgan initially. Keep up the good work!
