Did a quote House insurance £1750 per annum.
3 other companies tried between, £390 and £530
What a waste of time.
Buyer Beware!
Thank you James for the contact but if you could match the other companies do you think I would go with a company that was charging 4.5 and 3.5 times as much initially as straight forward companies.

A total complicated and frustrating Saga!
I have just spent 15 minutes trying to log into a savings account that I managed to log into about a month ago.It says info wrong. I tried a rest , it took nearly 15 min more to arrive.I reset password, STILL wrong when i tried to log in.I tried ringing , no option for savings . I tried a Chat Bot It turns out there are 2 different platforms for savings and the one I thought i was on was not with that obvious bank.Why do these companies do this ? The whole process is the most confusing system and I have wasted 50 minutes of my valuable day simply trying to log on, talk to difefrent agents . Saga , you are complicating things and I am put off now ever saving with you again

Satisfactory experience
Although there was an administrative error in my documentation, Saga resolved the issue with just one phone call that took just 15 minutes from the time I commenced the call to resolution of the issue. No long wait in a queue. Very happy.

Saga are inept
Saga are inept. I ended up in hospital abroad & they’ve given me the runaround for 7 months. I ended up paying a large sum towards the hospital bill & there still is no sign of a refund or them settling the remainder. Requested health information has been repeatedly sent by my doctor’s surgery but they ‘haven’t received it’. I am in direct touch with the hospital who also are appalled at Saga’s ongoing stalling tactics. Please do not insure with them.
