So happy that someone was able to explain the procedure.
I had avoided Saga as I had be told they were expensive but being unable to get enough clarification regarding the medical aspect of travel insurance I eventually went to their sight online and was very happy with the result the agent explained so well that I was comfortable about going ahead and getting my travel insurance policy through them really did make the whole experience work for me.

The operator was efficient, respectful and understood our needs. He explained everything regarding the types of single trip travel insurance options available. My husband and I understood the level of insurance suitable for us. This was arranged for us with the minimum of fuss, it didn't take long at all.

I cannot praise Saga Holiday Insurance highly enough. My parents were on holiday when my mum suddenly became seriously ill, and the support we’ve received has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
They have gone above and beyond at every stage—organising medical care, keeping us informed, and handling everything with compassion and professionalism during a very stressful time. Nothing has been too much trouble.
They are now arranging her repatriation home, and my father is travelling back with her alongside a doctor, all coordinated seamlessly by their team. The level of care and attention has been truly remarkable.
In a situation where you need reliability the most, Saga have been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—simply brilliant service.
