Matt was so helpful and really knew his stuff about the triangle speaker's and Argon turntable. Very happy with my purchase sound's great plus with the Bluetooth connectivity I can pair my other device's as well. Can't recommend them enough Great company.

Honest and accurate advice
Honest and accurate advice. Able to offer help and support within the shop.
It’s good to chat with people who have excellent knowledge of the equipment they are selling and who won’t patronise you.
I was able to use my knowledge and experience in choosing my purcheses with confidence and certainty being backed up by the salesman. The staff were very friendly and professional - and knew how to joke!

Very pleased
Order was placed late on a Friday afternoon and I was very impressed by being told it was out for delivery on the Monday. Unfortunately the courier couldn't find the address (not an easy task), however, Richer Sounds were in contact very quickly and took further details and a map. Delivery was successfully made the next day.
Full marks to Richer Sounds for customer service.

Shop/demo of kit was great, staff at Cheltenham very helpful.
Only letdown (which I don’t hold Richersounds directly responsible for) was my amp delivery arrived a day late when I had taken time out to be available on the arranged delivery date (FedEx were the issue- Leak use them it seems, to courier their goods)

Efficient, friendly service inc necessary home visit, great price, even greater product.
Only minus: we were assured the sound bar would fit on our TV table but it doesn’t. But TV and Manhattan box are bliss!
