Ordering what I wanted was easy. Collecting it from the store was simple and quick; I was in and out - even having the door held open for me - in under five minutes. Staff pleasant, friendly - no change there, to be honest. Also, I knew what I'd ordered was good because Richer Sounds sold it. :) My purchase - desk top speakers - are really good; I'm very pleased with them and consider it a damn good purchase.

My Monitor Audio Silver 7G speakers were an ex demo pair, but apart from some small cosmetic issues, they were almost as good as new, and came in all their original packing

Having made do with Amazon Echos for too long, we found the Richer Sounds website really helpful in getting a good sense of the different options and price levels of a decent sounds system. I was given clear advice when I phoned and the ordering process was really smooth. Delivery was quick. And, most importantly, we now have an amazing sounds system and are enjoying listening to our CD collection again!

Initially I was frustrated at my purchase which is unusual as I have bought from Richer Sounds a number of times but a very swift phone call from Diego the store manager solved my issue and prior to this he could not do enough to help me resolve it. The employees in this company Diego and his colleagues are a credit and I will continue to shop here there a re a lot of companies that could learn a lot about customer service from this very very good company

I have had the pleasure of buying audio and TV products from Richer Sounds in the past and I recently needed some new speakers for my system, so I immediately thought of them. The customer service is great. The shop in Liverpool has a cosy sound room to test out equipment and the guys are very knowledgeable, so it was a good experience all round (and so were the speakers!) I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them again. Good work, lads.

Ordered on website on the Friday expecting to pick it up next working day in store, Saturday. Website did not advise that due to the contract with DPD they don't do store deliveries on weekends. If I knew this I would've just arranged for home delivery, due to the fact the store shuts at 5pm on weekdays and well, everyone else works to that time too, which would mean only available time to pick up would be the following Saturday. However luckily I was able to leave work early on the Monday and rush to the store before it shut at 5. The website needs to make it clear that store delivery does not include weekends. Now that aside, the lads at the store were fantastic when I picked it up, helping carry the speakers, they were large, out to the car. So to sum up, staff brilliant, website needs to be more clear about the delivery to store option.

The staff were very helpful, including when I had to phone to ask for some technical assistance. Very pleased with the amp I bought. Great to be able to shop on the high street for hifi separates.
