Knowledge, treated well by a person that made me feel as if i mattered, free parking at the Exeter branch Wow, and a quick free delivery

This is my third large purchase from Richer sounds in Bromley
The staff are very knowledgeable and will not sell you a product if they don’t believe it would fulfill your criteria, for instance, I was looking at a set of speakers , KEF q7 metas, an noticed a set of speakers that were nearly £200 dearer , the salesman told me that the speakers I had in mind more than fulfilled the criteria I had laid out and in comparison he believed the KEF to be superior , I admire and respect this kind of honesty and integrity in a salesperson, it shows that it’s not just a fast buck and that they do indeed want you to have the best experience possible, I have received all of my system in good time and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Product absolutely fine but DPD very poor. There was someone waiting for the delivery at specified time- Farhad the driver made no effort to press the gate button to notify the delivery and deposited it at a local post office on a bank holiday weekend so several days elapsed before it could be picked up conveniently rather than next day

Amazing store with very knowledgeable staff, two people who stand out are Dan and Mac.
I spoke with Dan on the phone and he explained everything I needed to know about the tv I needed.
When I visited the store in Southgate I was greeted by Mac who was very helpful and went over and beyond to help me.
I explained I’d already spoken with his colleague and knew what I wanted.
Mac arranged for delivery the following day!
I would highly recommend this store.

And Pete at Exeter was brilliant, always answered my emails great advice great price and the option to return for full refund if not what I was after.
Just saying they are an absolute keeper
I thought my ushers with my Rega Aethos and Rega Saturn and node icon sounded sweet
But add the ae1s and, well not being very good at audiophile lingo , they sound different but in an all together better way
I just can’t stop listening to them
