The remote control never arrived
The remote control never arrived! When I called, the voicemail inbox was full so couldn't speak to anyone. Exchange of numerous emails with no resolution. They just kept repeating that Royal Mail said it was delivered and gave coordinates but I did not receive a single email from Royal Mail about the delivery, which is very odd as you can usually track the delivery. This was not the case.

Perfect genuine replacement.
I'm so pleased to have a remote that works perfectly with my old DVD box. Reasonably priced for a genuine Panasonic item and it practically arrived before I'd ordered it, literally within 12 hours! Amazing service! I would absolutely recommend Remotes4u.
