not happy with service
not happy with service, have since been contacted by the branch manager who gave a lame excuse for the reasoning behind my complaint which does not hold water. I asked him to invite the area manager to contact me to which he agreed but as yet no contact made.

The amount of time it took to get the…
The amount of time it took to get the service done was too long. It was a 10.30 slot and I didn't get it back till 3.30. I had it booked in for brakes the next day. Dropped off at 10 and was told would be ready at lunchtime. I got it back at 3.45. I was supposed to go into work but was unable to do so because of this

Super friendly and well priced
The staff were super friendly and the prices were very fair. I booked in my car for a replacement tyre and they had it all booked for the next day which was perfect. It only took them about 30minutes to remove my spare tyre, fit the new tyre and put the wheel back on the car. 5/5 service

Beating the opposition in all aspects
I rang Protyre with a brakepad renewal required. I had called several garages and although protyre came in a little more expensive I had used the garage on previous occasions. They ordered the parts and got me in on the Saturday Morning. I had called on the Thursday so it was a quick turnaround.
The vehicle was on the ramps by 0900 and I collected at 1230. The young mechanic had cleaned the break callipers to a high standard and on receiving the invoice Rhyan the manager had made a discount for loyalty. I was very happy. I would highly recommend this garage and encourage you to have a conversation with Rhyan who will do all he can to minimise costs. Thank you Protyre for another top professional visit.
