Beating the opposition in all aspects
I rang Protyre with a brakepad renewal required. I had called several garages and although protyre came in a little more expensive I had used the garage on previous occasions. They ordered the parts and got me in on the Saturday Morning. I had called on the Thursday so it was a quick turnaround.
The vehicle was on the ramps by 0900 and I collected at 1230. The young mechanic had cleaned the break callipers to a high standard and on receiving the invoice Rhyan the manager had made a discount for loyalty. I was very happy. I would highly recommend this garage and encourage you to have a conversation with Rhyan who will do all he can to minimise costs. Thank you Protyre for another top professional visit.

Trailer tyre
Tyre had to be ordered for next delivery, I dropped off the wheel and just left it there til I was ready to collect. Service was friendly and efficient.

I booked my car in early and dropped it off early only to find that when I phoned to pick it up no work had been done and the car had stood all day meaning I was without my vehicle for 3 days due to a macanic not being at work

Tyre pressure…
Normally a good service but I'd taken my car in a few weeks previous to check the tyres because they kept deflating and was told there was nothing wrong then took it in again and there was a puncture in one and was told another one needed replacement so I've lost confidence in the garage.

Car MOT
Booked protyre billingham for an MOT, plan was to nip to tesco have a mooch and all being well, home........what do they say about the best laid plans?
Didn't go to plan at all and there was a few issues....car failed 🙈 which didn't help matters but the customer service was amazing, Ryan on reception was great going over and above to make up for the issues I'd had and reassure me at all stages down to Tristan who very kindly drove me home. The manager Ryan was brilliant, he obviously cares about his customers and the experience they have at the garage which definitely filters down to the staff.
I really can't recommend protyre billingham and the manager enough 🙂 thankyou again
