Having just moved into a house in June this year, the surveyor pointed out the prospect of rats in the loft and contaminated loft insulation that would probably need replacing. Having found PGM & Son via Google, I ended up speaking to Phil, who couldn't have been more helpful. Even though we were technically out of his range, he still agreed to visit us and take a look. Upon arriving though, he realised the problem was bats rather than rats, which completely changed the dynamic of the situation. Realising there was no need for pest control in this instance, he refused to take any money (despite the travel) and then offered lots of helpful advice about bats and what we could do. Really pleasant and professional to deal with, Phil also offered reassuring advice about the bats. Would highly recommend!

Found evidence of woodworm whilst installing underfloor heating. Phil came out within 24hrs and assessed the situation. We decided that I would 'phone him when the room was clear and ready for him to carry out the procedure. Contacted him when ready and he came he saw and hopefully he has conquered. Helpful, professional and I would recommend.

Excellent service from PGM & Son Pest Control Limited. We had an ant infestation in our office and Phil was able to attend at short notice. The ant’s nest was located and treated, and I'm pleased to confirm that we're now ant free.

We were given a full report of what treatment had been done plus recommendations on prevention of not just ants, but also another area around the building which could attract mice or rats.

I thought I had a problem with a wasp nest in my garden so rang PGM and was lucky to get Phil in his van and he was quite local. Fifteen minutes later he arrived and advised me that they were not wasps but miner bees, and quite harmless. So he had a wasted journey, but wouldn't take anything for his trouble. What a nice man he is.
