I purchased the knitted hot water bottle cover to match my cardigan but my dog has other ideas.
I have purchased from Palava many times. I love the fact it is a smallish UK company and everything is designed in UK and the dresses also made in UK . The knitwear and knitted accessories are manufactured in Turkey and the entire factory team are featured on their socials , not faceless wage slaves .

Palava delivers with great customer service and incredible clothing and housewares like no others. Their commitment to sustainability shows in the care they take with their packaging and products. Their designs delight and always get a compliment. I love them to the moon and back! I’ve been a customer from overseas for many years, and they are always there for me if something doesn’t quite fit my shape (which is the exception). You will have no regrets shopping with Palava.

Lovely clothes, the fabric is excellend quality and the patterns are original. They are well-made and well-packaged. Love them!

The staff in the shop are genuinely helpful and friendly, whether over the phone or in person.

The sweater’s quality is impeccable. It’s even more beautiful up close, in person It was easy to track and arrived on time. Even the packaging details are so thoughtful and well designed. I wish it was a tad bit longer. However, I would definitely purchase it again. This fits true to size.

I ordered a green patchwork patterned cotton cardigan, which I got on special offer. I had been ogling this item for ages online and when it arrived it didn't disappoint - it is absolutely lovely! Well made and a perfect fit. The ordering process was easy and it arrived in good time. I wish I could afford to order more from this company!

Garment and shop made by people who care about a good experience. The cardigan is a thin cotton, although well made and beautiful design, not what I think of for a biting winter weather. It is also really short in the body, because it is for wearing with a dress. The packaging is paper and a really flat air removed bag, which I appreciate. I hope I don’t mind how short it is, because none of my other sweaters are this short and that it lasts ( I hope it will not develop holes or anything.) I did not get a dress that might go with this cardigan, because I am scared it won’t fit well and then I would have to deal with returns.

Excellent service. Had to return my garment as it was just a tad too small, but I received a refund without any fuss
The quality of the garment received was outstanding. Just gutted that I couldn’t keep it due to the fit. My body to blame not the garment! Haha

I love my new dress in the "forgotten birds" pattern. Beautiful design on medium weight linen. The fit is perfect. I'm looking forward to wearing this lovely dress.
