Fast delivery, great quality clothing, not the cheapest on the market but for a smaller brand reasonable, I also like that they are somewhat size inclusive and have fuller figure models on the website

Having just noticed I only leave negative reviews (!) I decided to spread a little positivity and leave a good one for a company I’d recommend. I’ve placed a few orders with Sugarhill and really like their stuff. It’s a little on the pricey side, but seems decent quality and you can get a bargain if you shop at the right time. No issues with deliveries or returns. I’ve only ordered summer clothes so far, will check out their winter stuff. It would be great if they could offer a bigger range of bottoms/jeans, etc.

I love the cuts, styles, and colours of Sugarhill Brighton clothing. Some pieces are definitely better quality than others, so it’s worth checking the fabric before you buy. Always make sure you're getting cotton — my polyester cardigan went all bobbly after just three washes.

Sadly, a few of the items I’ve bought have shrunk after only one wash, even though I used a mild cycle. It’s disappointing, especially when the designs are so lovely.

I was wary as I found them through a social media platform but I have to say, the dress is utterly gorgeous. It’s exactly what I wanted and was delivered really quickly. I will be using this company again; if you are reading this Sugarhill, thank you.

I ordered from this company for the first time I ordered the Connie blouse, the blouse is so lovely what I noticed was the fabric feels so lovely and the colours of the blouse are so bright and vibrant excellent quality

I have ordered a couple of times from this brand, having never heard of it previously, until I saw some adverts on social media. As I am now getting targeted by brands that "suit my age range" better, I guess.

I saw a couple of pieces that were nice and saw the materials used was good quality so I took a chance and purchased.

I must say, for an unheard of brand to me, it is very expensive. It was a bit off putting but I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. They charge nearly £40 for a simple looking t-shirt and £90 for a simple looking cardigan.

It did pain me to pay so much. So I am really hoping it will last me a few years.

The order arrived quickly and no issues so far. I would order again but sparingly as I do still think it is an overpriced brand.

I purchased three items with a discount code. Prior to ordering I checked my measurements, taken with a tape measurement, against their size chart ording the size indicated. However all three items were far too large. It's disappointing as the quality is good now it's ended up costing me more money, since I've ordered a replacements, than what it would have had their size chart been accurate. I'm a dress maker so I know how to measure.

Sugarhill Brighton has lovely clothes with nice colours and accurate sizing. Customer service is friendly, and packaging is eco-friendly. However, my overall experience wasn't remarkable enough to give a higher rating. While the quality is good, there are no standout features that set them apart from similar brands. Decent option for basics.

I ordered a number of jumpers recently online. I returned two having tried them on. Returned within time and with tags still on. Apparently, their Returns Team suggests one has been worn and washed and they’re refusing a refund.
I’ve since seen their strict returns guide but this is NOT communicated on order which is really unhelpful. I can apparently have it sent back to me or donate it!!
How, I wonder, are you supposed to decide if you want to keep an item without trying it on. I think they are the ones trying it on!
Buyer beware!

The quality of their knitwear is second to none, and the designs and colours are beautiful, all of which is reflected in the cost of the items being a little on the expensive side. But as I said, you’re buying a quality garment that will hopefully last you a very long time, so it’s an investment. Customer service is great, their communication is good, and delivery times are fast. Their sizing is accurate, though sometimes depending on the style, some tops/jumpers can run a little short in the torso, and depending on your body shape this might not be as comfortable. This is easily resolved by wearing a skirt and a French tuck though. Highly recommend.

I have many Sugarhill Brighton dresses, lovely quality and fit. However I am most disappointed in the customer service I have received on this occasion and I am not sure I will be ordering from them again.
Having been sent a £10 discount for my birthday, I ordered two dresses, one I decided to keep and one I wanted to return, refund has deducted £5 discount as I have only kept one dress. I have never experienced this before and feel this a poor way to treat loyal customers.

It’s always lovely to receive a parcel from Sugarhill Brighton - the clothes are lovely, and just as they appear on the site. Accurate sizings, too!

I am new to this company. My 1st order arrived to display beautiful colours of well made clothes. Seems true to size & not skimpy! Great to get free postage (over certain amount) & free returns. I have now made another order.

I am soooo happy to have discovered this company!!! I think I would happily wear every item of clothing they have for sale! The quality is fantastic… I honestly didn’t expect the actual garments to look as good as the photos but they truly did! I bought two dresses in order to choose one (free returns too! Boom!!) but am keeping them both as I ❤️ LOVE them both so much! The other great thing on the site is that you see each item modelled by two different body sizes/shapes and that so helped me to select! And the clothes are unique, just that little bit different… and so colourful! And I haven’t even mentioned their ethics! Truly so excited to have discovered you! I will be back!

I've loved this brand for years. It's a friendly webshop with always beautiful and creative collections. The customer service is correct and helpful.
I've had bad luck with one shirt, as the golden stars went of very quickly after only a few times of washing. For the price I was expecting better quality. The quality of the other clothes was luckily better, so overall I'm happy and would buy again.
I regret a bit that their sizes only start from size s/uk 8. It would be great if they could also offer size xs/uk 6.

Sugarhill offers fantastic customer service. I had a problem with my delivery (the parcel went missing) and when I contacted the team, they were excellent. When my order arrived I was so pleased with the quality of the jumpers and shirt, which are original in design and really well made. I will certainly be shopping at Sugarhill again and highly recommend them!
