I live in Brasil and my products arrived quickly, safe and sound! I tried to buy clothes from an old collections as well but I couldn't find them anymore!!

Everything arrived quickly and nicely packaged! Love that the outer packaging was made of paper, as was the packaging slip. The items of clothing were in a bio-film like plastic.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the cardigan I bought was gorgeous but was too small for me. ☹️ The team were so helpful and issued a refund immediately. I will arrange a visit to the shop to get measured as I can’t wait to start ordering. I love Palava.

I’m only happy with the dress I bought from the physical shop! On line experience is not so great- first, dresses look way much better on-line than when you see them, and secondly Palava has very, very poor customer care. I ordered 6 dresses, one of which I paid but has not arrived. Apparently they forgot in the warehouse to pack it! I had to call the Palava office on 3 occasions and overall I was left with the very, truly poor customer experience. I paid for the dress, and received 1/2 empty parcel, and sadly still have not received it, and still chasing it. No explanation or follow up email/ calls from Palava. . Feels very unprofessional rather than organic or environmentally friendly. Explains Palava name for the business. Shame.
