Poor connection communications
I was not notified for the 2 failed connections, it took an additional 24 hours to be connected. Only when I called for an update I was told the connections failed (due to our solar) I had to speak to 3 agents before I got my electricity put on. The communication was poor and it was only the last agent who gave me consistent updates.

Power wasn’t connected, rang up they told me it was, it was not very rude and then got charged an after hours fee when they should have had it on

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!
Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! DO NOT sign up with them.. I received speeds of only 1-4Mbps.. I canceled the service within an hour of having it, and now they are charging me the full first month because they have a minimum 30 cancellation policy… Absolutely bullshit!! Why am I being charged for an unusable service that I canceled within an hour..

I was not able to talk to someone at Origin, and my position was to tell you when and where l could pay the account.
I was able to pay a certain amount and give you a date for the final payment.
Nothing like being able to TALK to someone to apologise for not being able to pay on time!!!!
