Ordered replacement parts for a chair…
Ordered replacement parts for a chair that broke 18 months into owning it that i had to pay for even though it says 3 year warrenty. That was no big deal however after waiting 3 weeks the part didnt turn up so i phoned them who said it never got shipped due to human error. They said theyd ship the part and another part i added to the order together. One part arrived and the other was missing. Phoned them to chase the other part and they are now saying tnt showing as delivered, i asked them to chase it with tnt as definitely didnt come and i have video doorbell to show what arrived, they told me to chase it with tnt but you cant ring tnt and their website wont show me the proof of delivery as its senders order details they want as proof which wasnt provided. Absolute pita wont be using these again.
Edit/Update - If i was reviewing the customer service staff alone theyd get 5* because they do seem interested and capable of sorting the problem which i really appreciate. I have now recieved both parts and have a fully functional chair which im very happy with, its good to know when it breaks i can order parts rather than replace the whole thing.
The reason im not giving 5* is because the warehouse staff never let anyone know that the part initially couldnt be found and so wasnt shipped but the order showed as if it had been sent when it wasnt and i had to chase it up manually.

Total mess up.
Order two items, both were out of stock, so I changed them but missed next day delivery. Chair turned up following day, but it was the wrong chair. Took 4 days to get desk and over a week to get chair.

We applied for a credit account and heard nothing for over 1 week. Eventually I chased and was told the lady was out of the office for 1 week - eventually our account application was declined for unknown reasons. I do not know what you base your searches on but there were no questions involved in the process at all. There was no input whatsoever from your company during any of these processes.

Brilliant service and product
Brilliant service and product. This chair is streets above the rest for looking lovely (not the boring executive mesh black Mastermind look) but all sorts of colours. I have had surgery on my spine and the lumbar support and comfort with so many levers to adjust it exactly, is brilliant. And the chair arrived fast, well packaged and is easy to put together. My second visit to this company, after twenty years!
