Excellent service. The product I originally ordered was going to be delayed by a few weeks, so they got in touch within a couple of hours and arranged a suitable alternative without any fuss. Everything was delivered the very next day along with the rest of my order.
The packaging was excellent, with everything well protected and arriving in perfect condition. I would absolutely shop here again.

A Must for any Home or Office…
A really smart looking and comfortable office chair.
It arrived extremely well packed and as per schedule. The assembly was easy and the end result looks amazing. It would not look out of place in any office or home.

Save yourself the bother, order from somewhere else.
Placed large order, no delivery updates so had to chase. Only then did they tell me 3 desks I ordered were out of stock so nothing had even been despatched. Had to select replacement over phone. Then another item failed to be delivered, called again, same problem. I shouldn't have to call to be told something is out of stock. The customer service person was unapologetic and rude over the phone using the same stupid excuse about suppliers not updating them. I don't care. Your system and your service should be better.

Poor after service
Office chair supplied when used for six weeks, stopped locking in requested seat position. A video is required of fault before anything will be done! Awful customer service. The chair cannot be used safely or correctly , I would expect a replacement chair. Apparently warranty is parts only ! Fault has been explained exactly what is wrong
