Chairs delivered next day as promised good quality and fair price
Having ordered a new WFH office chair, the transaction was easy enough and the chair arrived swiftly. However, having realised that I'd ordered the wrong 'type' in error, I contacted them asking to return it for a different one and was advised that there would be a courier charge of £34.00 + VAT, (something I understood, but wasn't overly happy with).
The replacement chair was delivered (and the return collected), which was when I realised that completion instructions were nothing more than a small sheet, with a few numbered sketches to go off, with no guidance, or clear directions.
I turned to YouTube to complete the process, which was when I realised that part of the chair was broken, so I took clear pictures of the fault and again, contacted the Seller.
After a delay, (while they checked with the workshop), they reverted advising that they'd send out a replacement piece, (the seat), requiring me to totally disassemble the chair and basically start all over again.
Naturally, with no other option available, I undertook the task, but given the circumstances, I think it may have been just of them to have refunded the additional charge.
Unless you're happy to take delivery, unpack, retain all packaging, (in case you have a problem) and then assemble it yourself with very little guidance, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The chairs were also easy to put together and are comfortable for our staff. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bought an "Alpha XL Bariatric 35 Stone" chair from Office Boffins on January 3rd 2023 as it seemed heavy duty, Initially I was very impressed with the chair as it served my needs very well.
Today though that changed, The advertised maximum weight support is up to 35 stone, I am 20 stone so quite a lot below the maximum weight limit of this chair... I always take care of my things and furniture is no exception, Today while leaning forward at a very normal angle something made a loud crack and I flew forward onto my desk face first chipping 2 teeth and hurting my neck quite badly to the point I went to hospital to make sure nothing broke due to feeling something go pop in my neck.
Now the chair is at a severe forward leaning angle and unusable.
I expect to keep and use furniture for more than 3 years as £300 is not a trivial amount of money, Nevermind the amount of pain I experienced today.

Office Boffins contacted me and gave me a full refund even though it was outside the warranty window, Honestly that alone is brilliant customer service, I won't hesitate to buy from them again knowing the people at the store are understanding and helpful, I shall be purchasing from them again in the coming week.

Excellent after sales care.
Purchased a drawer unit late afternoon, and it was delivered first thing the next day.
Unfortunately the item was damaged. I contacted customer service and they responded super quickly, arranging a replacement of the damaged item, which arrived next day.
Understand that these things can happen, and so, it is always a sign of a company's service with how they deal with issues.
