Order W77540632. Absolutely outrageously bad customer service. Ordered some NB trainers £100 for wife’s birthday on 21/6. Paid extra for delivery. Delivery arrived but no trainers inside. Instead another customers Mounjaro injection (prescription medication) in a box with their name and address - breaching all kind of data protection laws. Contacted Office - over 4 weeks later still waiting for any kind of refund. Told via email would receive a declaration form to sign to say goods not received from another part of this service but this could take ten working days. Eventually got this 18/7 after repeatedly chasing this. Still waiting for further contact and refund 10 days later - no further contact. I will be taking this further- given the data protection laws breach to the ombudsman first, local press etc and beyond. Never had such poor customer service in my 40 + years on planet earth. Essentially a scam company at this point. May need to contact my bank and report this as a fraudulent transaction to get the money back. Avoid at all costs. I would have been better trying to set up my own warehouse and manufacture some shoes from scratch .

Love the sandals ,it’s just the courier that makes it so hard because I wasn’t there and had to arrange for someone to be there to collect it,they wouldn’t leave me my parcel in a safe place l have parcels all the time from Next and they are left in a safe place so much easier .

My order went missing

Well packaged and quick delivery. Office seem to be the only shop selling narrow fit Birkenstocks in this style - even the Birkenstock shop didn’t have them! Returns easy should I need them when I have made my mind up.

Ordered a pair of shoes & then my order was cancelled days later due to stock issues

This review isn’t with office itself as their service is always good. The review is of the Crocs Gateway Platform Sandals I purchased. I attempted to wear them / tried them on for 10 minutes in my own home and they cut my feet so badly that I have large cuts and scars on my feet from under the straps. Considering it was at home and for such a short period of time I dread to think of the state of my feet had I decided to wear them out. They also squeak upon walking. Just to highlight to anyone thinking of getting them - I would definitely avoid! They are unbearable and unwearable. I fell victim to the advertising and reviews on social media but they are not what they are made out to be sadly. Massive flaws in the making!

I ordered online to come to my house in plenty of time for a present. A size 11 turned up when I ordered a 1. An honest mistake that I hoped Customer Service would rectify but the chatbot kept apologising and telling me there was nothing they could do. I asked them to send a 1 to my local office which I would now have to go out of my way to swap the wrong size for and the bot advised I would have to order them go in and swap. I simply wanted them to send a 1 so I could swap. The bot advised I would have to take my chances that specific shoe was in the store in a size 1. I understand the warehouse have made an error and I understand that, but felt the chatbot offered very poor customer service for an error they had made.

Easy to use website goods ordered were delivered very quickly by courier and were exactly as description stated

I have never received my shoes. It is almost impossible to contact the customer service. I tried the online chat for half day today but no luck. I called the store and they claimed that my order is on the way for pick up. Few hours later I received an email saying that I have returned the order. I waited for 13 days.

Extremely disappointed in office. Did an order worth over £350 and still was charged £4 delivery! Disgusting and customer service only answer was because they’re sale items. Will never use office again as this is outrageous when spending such a large amount of money. No other companies charge delivery usually over £100-£150
